Really nice guy that owns the place. Fair prices.I pulled up first thing on Monday morning with no appointment for a smog and he was really chill. Most guys the first thing they ask is do you have an appointment, but his first question was how can I help you. Says a lot about how he sees customers.

Horrible service. Paid for a smog because I needed it for my tags and later down the road they said they had no record of my car. Took my money and weren’t willing to redo the test. I suggest you go to another business instead of coming here

I‘ve never had such a great experience with a car shop like Pro smog center! Not only did Tim fix my EVAP issues for only $750 after I wasted $2000 at Placentia Super Service who weren’t able to fix that issue also is he super honest and very knowledgeable. He will only fix your car if he knows what to do and if not he will recommend to take it to the dealer since 50% of european car error codes can only be fixed by dealers. He is our number one go to for any car issues not only smog related. I can bring my car here without worries knowing it’s in good hands and getting the best deal! Today he didn’t even charge me for a diagnosis after my Mercedes got flooded in the rain. 5*****+Services: Auto brake repair

Wonderful hard working people! They did above and beyond to arrange and complete the Smog Test for my old 1998 Honda Civic. They are unbelievably helpful and caring!From my side, the patience is required, because some old cars need so much time to be adjusted to the Smog Test procedure (Star certified).Kim and all other involved - I'm very grateful and appreciate your business very much! ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐?

The gentleman who works on cars has been very helpful and nice guy but after having to ignore the rude front desk lady several times her latest aggression and attitude crossed the line and I will not be coming back.
