This store is located in the hellhole known as Ontario Mills. It is NOT an outlet store.I didn't find anything for myself but found a great shirt for my nephew for his birthday. It was in a 30% off rack. But when I went to pay I was told it was NOT 30% off. My guess is that some idiot customer put it on the sale rack; I've seen lazy customers randomly shove things they decide they don't want on the nearest rack. So I ended up paying a price that wasn't a deal at all.I would have declined buying it and went to look for something else but I'd already waited in line for 15 minutes. A rude customer (the kind that is always looking for something for nothing) argued over prices with the poor woman at the register, the only one on duty, for literally that long and refused to move. I was initially the only person in line and by the time the annoying customer left there were 12 other people waiting. I made a mental note to invest in a cattle prod to help those kind of situations along.

I usually load up on my polos when they go on sale and recently realized that one of them I had bought was a Large and not a XL like I usually buy and what was on the tag. I called then came into the store and the manager Lance helped me out in exchanging this out for the proper size without issues. Great customer service throughout in picking a new size and exchange

3.5-4 starsProducts and sales = 3.5 starsCustomer Service (Floor & Fitting Room) = 2.5-3 stars Customer Service (Cashier) = 4 starsBeen shopping at this Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store ever since the Ontario Mills opened. The service has most definitely fluctuated with each visit, but has gone more downhill in the recent years in terms of items they carry, deals, and customer service. Deals also are not the best, but sometimes there is a diamond in the rough, or two. The floor staff are not as friendly as they used to be, along with the fitting room attendants. One instance was, I was waiting outside of the fitting room for a family member, back against a shelf and out of the walkway. A staff was helping out a customer and they pointed directly "at" or "through" me as to where the item was but did not say "excuse me" or ask politely if I could move out of the way to show the customer where the items were. I was checking emails on my phone and the staff expected me to just move on my own, out of their way. If you want to try something on, you have to politely ask the attendant in the fitting room area as they are not super proactive and tend to be "nicer" to some than others - I'll let you figure that out on your own. Also, when we first walked into the store, we were not greeted either, even though there was an employee folding right at the door but he greeted someone else RIGHT after he walked in after us - just a few secs after. Employees are around the store folding and re-arranging but good luck if they even acknowledge your existence, unless you explicitly ask for help. Since this is an outlet, there are also items here that were made exclusively only to be sold in outlets, so they may not be cheaper than Macy's or other stores that sell actual retail items. For the diamond in the rough items, the deals are nice for a shirt or so. We get discount texts/emails every now and then and if you sign up for their "program," you get a $10 birthday reward (every year) which is really nice on top of a % discount. The cashier has provided great customer service each time, but that's only at the end of your shopping experience. I had voiced my concern regarding the floor employees to the store manager that day but I do not have confidence much will change. I guess one goes for the "deals" but not for the customer service. The store is very conveniently near the entrance where we park, and is also located directly from Gap and Calvin Klein.

My wife and I went into this store yesterday to purchase some things for Christmas, and literally no one asked if we needed help. There were several associates who followed us, but never asked if we needed help. They appeared to be teenagers working the floor, who were more interested in taking pictures of each other & laughing at customers than helping them. The only reason why I left any star on this review at all, is due to the fact that the security officer was helpful & the cashier. They were the only professionals who treated us kindly in the store. I did purchase items just to let the associates following us know that I was able to do so & my wife desired some items from the store. Customer service should be strongly impressed upon the associates working the floor & if you’re going to follow someone let it be because you’re helping them.

I have been coming here for years and was expecting great prices as always. I was shocked to see that a shirt that was usually $79 a few months back has been retagged to $99 and even saw some at $119!! Considering most people are being frugal due to COVID, I was expecting many things to be on sale. Unfortunately that was not the case. I even asked an employee about the price increase and they confirmed prices went up. Although they offer coupons for 25-30% off, that still leaves you with a price of $70-80 for a shirt. Looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere like Macy's. This is an outlet, please match pricing to reflect that.

I visited this store and had a great experience. One of the associates named Sam helped me and just wanted that the management that he has the best customer service. I would also like to commend and give the credit to the store manager I forgot his name but then I would like to give credits to him too by getting people that are really pro clients. All power for the store and the rest of people of this store.
