Me and a dear friend decided to just get pierced yesterday. [3.5.24] Shout out to Laris !!! Laris was patient with us. We had plenty questions, and Laris was kind and sweet, helped up make decisions on what to get.For a super spontaneous trip, my friend, and I ended up getting permanent friendship bracelets & double piercings. Twas fun!!!! Jesse and other staff members were also really nice. :)Will most likely get another piercing again someday!

Wendi did my piercing today and she was amazing. She made extra sure everything was lined up evenly because my ears aren’t perfectly symmetrical. Love the service 10/10 would recommend

The piercer lady Andrea was so rude and unprofessional. She was saying the most out of pocket things that was truly unacceptable I had to leave. Comments about minority groups including African Americans and the LGBT

Came here to the outlets recently and wasn't planning to get piercings, but I wanted to even out a few piercings that have closed so I said why not? I worked with Jalen H. and she was fun and helpful! I was a bit scared of the pain as it had been almost 15 years since I got any piercings. She answered my questions and helped me feel more comfortable. I chose a pair of gold earrings studs and an extra pair for later that I was surprised was 50% off. Ask about their BOGO promotion if you visit. For about $95 I got 2 pairs of earrings and 2 piercings. Not bad. The pain was also not bad at all. I had a hard time choosing where I wanted one of the piercings located on my cartilage and Jalen help choose the perfect spot. It turned out really cute and Jalen was genuinely happy to see how much I enjoyed my new piercings. Thank you for a good experience!

She was very passionate about the jewelry and was able to articulate her choice of words very mindfully to be able to portray the beauty behind the jewelry. I came here recently to get my cartilage pierced by Jullie, she was such a sweetheart and definitely has a way of easing peoples nerves. I went in very nervous and she reassured me about the pain and let me know what she was doing the whole time! If I need anything else pierced I will definitely be coming back to Jullie!

Love the team at this Banter! Their piercer, Jesse, was the best and made everything so easy when I was in last month! He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He helped me pick my jewelry, pierced my nose, gave me all the details on how to care for it, and even offered to help me change the piercing later if I needed it. Wanted my ears repierced and decided on Banter in Ontario Mall. Decided to get 2 piercings, ea ear. Jessica was an absolute professional. Took time to make sure pierce points were equal. Put me completely at ease and no pain! Can't ask for better care!

Took my 6 month old daughter today to get her ears pierced and had the best experience! I wish I remembered the girls name that did it for us, she was so sweet and so good at what she does. The overall process goes by so fast, the scariest part I want to say was the sound of the gun when it pierced. We made an appointment ahead of time, so I would definitely recommend doing so to guarantee someone is there that does the piercings. We bought the earrings there, the earrings come cased in so that the piece attaches right to the gun, and is sanitary. The chair and everything was wiped down and sanitized right in front of us which made me feel comfortable. The earrings are affordable and super cute! I was so nervous and worried prior to going, but so happy with how it went. Glad I listened to my few friends that recommended coming here!
