“Had great customer service here twice. I should have asked the name of the woman who helped me. Thin, long dark hair, older (like me). She was well informed about products in store. Went out of her way to call other stores in search of a product. Second time I visited, she would help new employees who were working the registers. All with a genuine smile. She’s great. You’re lucky to have her in your employ.”
“They forgot one of my medications. Took a few minutes, but filled it right away. I like the receipt print out that tells me what the medicine is and what it's for.”
“Big store, large selection of products and larger groceries section plus expanded alcohol section - liquor, wine, beer , Seltzer ls etc. Tech department is smaller and un staffed. Associates are friendly and the store is modern and super clean .”

“Thank you "mac" or I think her name was mykayla (that's what the receipt said) for helping me today. She left her position as cashier after I had been waiting for someone at the photo section for over 40 minutes. She called twice and no one ever came to help me. She ran looking for my stuff just to find it laying on the floor unpackaged. I had received an email saying my order was ready so I assumed it would be packaged and not on the floor. She was nice enough to let me check my posters for any damage. She seemed to be the only employee on the floor for the hour I was there. I get being short staffed, it happens everywhere but that was ridiculous.”

“This Rite Aid Store is always like a “Plan B” for me. Whenever I don’t have any nearby options to get a desired product (Ex: Gillette After Shave Gel, Hot Shot Flying Insect Killer, GNC Pro Performance Weight Gainer etc.) I come to this store, and they never disappoint me. I also got the 2nd (Second) COVID-19 Booster from here. The people who work here are quite helpful and nice. However, the product price always seems higher than the other stores like Target and Walmart.”
“As a truck driver you can check in early. They open at 3am. You pull in, alley dock on the left, go up the 2nd set of stairs in the left of door 29 to get a dock. They are very friendly and fast. They stick as close to appt times as possible. Plenty of room to Alley dock.”
