I just bought this recovery support. I came home and open it. It was full of dog hair. It was obviously used and returned. Now, I have spent 50 dollars for a dirty and used calm paws recovery shirt. It has dog hair from the previous owner. If someone return it, don't try to resale it if used, dirty, and full of dog hair

After so many years bringing my dog here for full service and paying close to 80 dlls each time, last time she was in it was obvious they didn't bathe my dog. They did a terrible face trim and uneven hair cut all over. Never bringing her here again. Actually, zero stars.

Me and 4 other customers were in the store before 10am because the doors were left open. Our bad for not seeing the hours, but the doors were wide open. Me and another guy ahead where at the register and when a worker finally realized we where here, she rudely told us we were to early and walked away. Luckily the next worker to walk in was very nice and he rang me up. Overall just the AM crew is unprofessional and zero customer service focus. The evening crew is always nice and willing to help people.

Adam decided to cancel our appointment even though he said he was available. He has never groomed our pet but decided he can't take us as his client and no reason was given. Thank you Adam for letting us know the type of person you are. Thankfully for our pet we care about the type of service and treatment they receive. And no, cutting a dog's quick and making them bleed is not common. Experienced groomers don't make dog's nails bleed.

Put my dog in pet hotel there. As far as I know they are excellent with my dog. She's happy when I take her back she happy when I pick her up. Great staff.

Unfortunately, it doesn't offer a robust selection for enthusiasts of these beautiful fish. It would be beneficial if they could expand and diversify their offerings for koi enthusiasts.Overall, PetSmart serves as a reliable one-stop shop for pet essentials. It excels in providing a hassle-free experience for cat owners like myself, particularly for purchasing necessities like cat litter. The well-maintained small animal section is a highlight, offering a delightful diversion during visits. However, the limited koi supply section is an area for potential improvement. Was refused a reservation for our dogs without any clear policy explanation, asked for the manager and the same CSR got on the phone and pretended to be the mgr. Every other petsmart we have been to has been exceptional, Olivia should be fired. Full stop.
