My wife and I normally do our own taxes, but due to the sale of some real estate, we decided to find a professional for our 2021 return. After talking with a couple other preparers, we finally decided to go with Claudia -- and it turned out to be the best tax-related decision we've ever made. In addition to everything being done easily & remotely, we could not believe how much money she was able to save us. We considered it a foregone conclusion that we would owe money & were just hoping she could save us as much as possible. Not only did she save us money, but she ended up getting us a sizable refund. This was completely unexpected. Having an expert handle your taxes absolutely makes a huge difference & we will be working with Claudia every year from now on. Her fee is extremely reasonable and probably pays for itself in most cases.

This is definitely not your average tax place...it's even BETTER!!!! As soon as you enter they have all these cute snacks and drinks that you can take for free and have a seat in the waiting room If needed. They have a very cute clean set up where you can watch tv until it's your turn. Their bathroom is really clean as well. I absolutely love both Claudia and Celeste. It's my second time coming to them. My tax place prior to them just felt they weren't giving me what I should have been getting in return each year. The people at Patriot tax are soo much nicer to their clients. They are patient. They answer all and every questions you can possibly have and they don't make you feel stupid about it either. I love that they even asked me more questions then what my other tax place did. They really do take care of you and treat you like family. My refund in general has also came back quickly. I would definitely recommend this place!

My first time here at Patriot Tax Service. I was referred by my close friend who goes yearly over to them! I had an overall good experience, they were able to help me file my taxes before the deadline and were able to help me answer the multiple amounts of questions I have. I am going to definitely go back to them next year since they made the process super smooth and educated me along the way. Thank you again for your help!

I have been going to Claudia for some years now and this year was a little different. I can tell they are short staffed as so many businesses are these days and they still are not doing in person appointments (which I miss) overall I am still happy with my service and will continue going every year! they work hard to get me the biggest refund!

I had been going to the same tax man for several years. However, some of my family members had been using Patriot Tax so one day my husband says "why aren't we using Patriot Tax?" I'm such a creature of habit and was apprehensive since I had a guy that knew us our situation and we never had any issues with so why would I change? Well, we decided to give them a shot two years ago and I have no regrets! Our experience has been the ABSOLUTE BEST! Claudia is so professionally and friendly! She is super knowledgeable and experienced at what she is doing and was always professional yet personable which is what I loved. She always makes you feel welcome and like you are a part of her little "tax family" and not just another customer. I LOVE that! With the amount of work, detail and preparation that goes into preparing taxes and the tremendous timeline they are under to get returns completed I can honestly say I never felt like just another customer and for me it's ALWAYS about the EXPERIENCE from start to finish! If your looking to find someone who has your back I would totally recommend Patriot Tax and their hardworking team!!

I would post zero stars if possible. Tried this tax service with Claudia who works here, based on a recommendation. Had one phone call with her, then sent our stuff for her to complete our review. After several emails regarding errors that she has made and phone appointments at either 9 pm or 10 pm, which she never called, and we still don't have our returns two days before they are due. Called again and now we are being told they sent our review which NEVER happened. No customer service, no explanation of what or when we would get our review, so we told them we were done. Would never recommend this person or company to anyone.

Best tax place everrr!! Claudia has done my taxes for 14 years !!! I can honestly say she is beyond amazing and does such a great job explaining and properly submitting my tax paperwork I can honestly trust her blindly with all my paperwork !!! To top it off she AWLAYS HAS Delicious OVERWHELMING TREATS lol thank you Claudia and staff for being so upbeat and always being so friendly and kind & taking the time to explain everything!

The best, best place to go to get your taxes done! I've always done taxes on my own through TurboTax and because 2020 was complicated, decided to seek professional guidance. I was recommended to this business by a friend and Claudia and her team did not disappoint. I primarily communicated with Jasmin through email. She was responsive, informative and patient. She took time to walk me through their process and getting all my documents in order to get the best possible refund. After handing everything over, she let me know it'd be about a week to get everything ready. A week, no problem, I wasn't in a rush. A couple days later, the team gave me a call to let me know my return was ready! How amazing! I'm sure they're so busy in the middle with tax season so the quick turnaround was very impressive. Someone on the team called to talk me through my return and get my information in order for my refund. Everything was easy and quick. Also affordable! Pricing is competitive with the online DIY tax platforms but you have professionals available to chat and answer questions when you need. 10/10 recommend reaching out to Claudia, Jasmin and team for all your tax needs :)
