There is a very rude lady at the shipping office with angry and ugly face.Looks like not happy with her husband for overnight .Not supposed to be assigned such kind of people at the office

I like that the owner actually cared to respond to reviews with complaints. But this place was fine, I had bills in hand within 2hrs of my appointment time which is great. I think anyone who complained about the attitude here has never driven a forklift or had a job where you just wanna keep your head down and do your job well. I would deliver here again for sure.

12:30pm check in. Currently 3:55 pm, still haven't received a dock, place is empty. No drivers on dock to say they are congested.

The stuff is so rude. Not recommended at all. Got here since 11:30 but now It’s 4o clock and still don’t have door. Staff is just hanging on phone. Avoid this place. This is my first and last time here. i wish i could give zero star.?

After reading the reviews about this place, I almost canceled the load, but I'm leaving a review to let everyone know that either things have changed, or some people got the attitude they had coming to them. Anita, in the office was very friendly and helpful, and the rest is just like any other cold storage. Don't be afraid to come here, just be polite and you'll get that in return I'm sure! ?

Appointment time 1pm its 3:12 and still dont even have doors open. I asked a forklift driver if i should open doors and he doesnt know i asked him if he could tell me who to ask “he doesnt know” pure laziness at this warehouse!! No wonder they take hours to freaken unload you. Why even have appointment times if they are going to do whatever they want. Would gove ZERO stars!

This is my first and last time here, some of the ladies very rude here, and some fork lift drivers too, for 5 pallets they keep me here for 21 hours, make sure if your coming here , you have appointment, but if you can skip this place!

Staff is just too rude even the guy who loads the truck was very rude to me for no reason. Everyone needs to be treated the same drivers, business owners we are all humans…Staff is the face of your business I am 100% sure if the owners of this place know how their staff treat people they will take action or end up loosing their business. That’s what happens when you are too busy to run your own business!

One of the worst place in US . Avoid this place if you can! People are all rude forklift guys and lady at the office . On top of the long wait even if you get there on appt time.

Worse place ever , people are very rude , it's your first time better ready to be cursed out if you park inside . I was courteous and polite to one Mexican guy but only to be cursed out and ladies at check in window same rude . All must hate there jobs .
