I first went to holt blvd but was sent here by appointment and was deny I was already out of meds for two weeks, was given another appointment to Archibald Ontario, I didn't see any medical professional in Sultana.

If zero could be a rating I would definitely give it to them this office should be shut down very disrespectful and the front desk don't have a clue what they are doing they need to be fired they sit and lie about the smallest things so they will not have to do there job

Very rude an impatient with disabled patients. I would have left zero stars! A for those that are saying low or zero cost should not complain. Health care is expensive and they signed up to receive government help. Or they probably would not be opened seeing they have very poor care especially for those with special needs.

They are super sweet, I love their dental staff. They are super friendly, kind and caring. Easy to talk to, have a conversation with and caring about your teeth and their health. Mindful of your mental health and connect other aspects of your life to possible reasons for your symptoms beyond just tooth health. They understand how your body can effect the health of your teeth and pain. 100% recommend them.

Poor customer service. My Medications were not sent to the Pharmacy, when you try to call them, you will be placed on a loooooonnnnggg wait, more than 1 hour! Do not go to this place! Providers are obviously new graduates and inexperienced, Avoid at all cost or you will regret!

Went to that clinic for a check up w the spouse, they were polite and answered all our health questions. Clean location.

Been here a few times these past few months and the service isn't great. No matter how early i come it takes you an hour or more to be seen and in total for your appointment to be over it can take hours. I came as soon as it opens and still the same result. That's the biggest complaint i have.

I was schedule for an injection and when I showed up they had to reschedule me to a different location on a different day because the injection they had were all expired. Now I have to miss work to go to the next appt. I'm pregnant and I needed this injection for my 28week so now I'm forced to go back within the next few days to receive the injection and I have to miss work. Very disappointing. Instead of the nurse apologizing to me she made excuses telling this location is a family practice and don't see obgyn patients often. Which is ridiculous because my doctor scheduled me to go there for this injection. And what they had is expired. Unbelievable..

Hard to get an appointment and hard to contact them. Service is really slow and super long wait even with the appointment. If I can give 0 star I would. This is a doctors office it's supposed to care for people but this place did not put any effort to care for people.

I've never been to a location as insensitive as this one. I showed up to my appointment having no idea I had 3 cavities that had to be filled and the dentist tells me "well that doesn't change the fact that you need to get it done" .... i also didn't know the appointments are only 25min MAX, so if you're late they literally won't do anything ... the dental assistant told me that since I was 8minutes late I wouldn't be able to do my fill since there was no time and my appointment would be over soon ..... waste of time and money. Never going back here again.

FNP Steven Tamba is the only bright spot in my experience here at this clinic. If you have an ear infection, sore throat, congestion, cough, and body aches, just drink warm fluids and gargle warm water with salt. That’s literally what the Doctor told me. They never answer their calls and they’re forever sending you to voicemail.

Always keeping me on hold for 30 minutes on the phone and always keeping me waiting in the waiting room for an hour before being called in. The people in the front desk are just no help at all either. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Definitely switching doctors/clinics.

I just finished my Dental treatment and everything was great. I always went in with a appointment and was always taken in within minutes. The staff was friendly and informative, I will definitely keep coming here.
