I'm never going back. Everything was fine at first. Unfortunately, I don't know the names of anyone, but the lady who did my pedicure was fine. She was very lively and sweet (you can see it in her face) and so was the man who started on my nails. However, he asked another lady to finish my nails and she's the one that I had a huge problem with. She's on the thinner side and seems to wear her hair down, it's light brown and reaches her shoulders. I think you can also see it in her face that she's not very sweet. Again, I'm sorry I don't have any names, but you may be able to tell by her demeanor. She wasn't taking in anything what I was saying about my nails. She kept trying to do ombré as shown on the pic, but clearly it was not going to happen, so I asked her to move on. Before I sat down, I showed the same picture to two employees (including the guy who started on my nails) and they both said they could do it. I guess they reeled me in like a dumb fish because she was not able to do one finger ombre. I went to the nail salon a week after my visit of February 9 to ask her to put the rhinestones that fell off, but she wanted me to wait 20 minutes. She was working on somebody who was getting her pedicure done by somebody else. In my opinion, I didn't have to wait 20 minutes. She just didn't want to do it. She of course, had attitude when she saw and tried to immediately blame it on me by saying something along the lines of it was my work that made them fall off. However, the rhinestones fell off at home and we never talked about my job. I may have misunderstood though. I was considering going back and simply avoiding her, but now my pedicure has had two ingrown nails since my visit. Sorry, but there are way too many other nail salons to be dealing with this.

The first time I was in I had an Ohkay experience. Yesterday I brought my sister in to treat her to a pedicure. My pedicure was not gentle and very painful. This morning I woke up and both my big toes were sore and red. After work tonight I noticed my toes were swollen and one oozing. My toes are infected after just one day. I showered after the pedicure and again before work cleaning my toes both times
