Amazing service overall. Armando and Jackie made my shopping stress free because they were very knowledgeable and I felt no pressure. The first sales person at Pacific Sales (Palm Desert) was nice to quote us, but couldn't find time to reply to us to purchase appliances, after 3 days we went to a different store a purchased from a different sales person. When she did decided to call us back and was informed that we purchases she was a total b----. First part of the order was delivered fine, but communication with the final delivery was a nightmare nor could the manager return my call. Delivery was scheduled between 3 and 7 pm and they guaranteed we would receive a call 30 minutes prior. Delivery showed up finally at 8.20 PM, no call until they showed up at the door. We were out of town and needed to have our contractor meet them after waiting for 4 hours. He had left at 7.30 and had to contact him to go back and meet them at 8.20 pm. Lack of communication, called me a liar on scheduling, total lack of customer service. Will never go back to Pacific Sales!

came here looking for a fridge that i had seen online after having gone to other retailers. i was shocked at their selection and how knowledgeable the sales staff are! they really know their stuff and were able to not only help me find what i was looking for but also helped me with a beverage center
