Sent here by extended warranty company when my bmw stalled on highway when I was a bit far from home. Since I live in Anaheim but was in Ontario, Andy was kind enough to provide me a loaner vehicle at no cost to me. It definitely wasn't fancy, but it got me home as well as to work for the 4 days my car was being repaired. There were no codes or check engine light when my car went in, and after 2 days later they were calling me to pick it back up. I was at work and didn't answer, by the time I called back Andy had done some more investigating and the car finally gave a code. Low fuel pressure, so my fuel pump was replaced. Since then my car has not stalled at all, even after taking the same long drive that it couldn't handle before. I did notice within a few days that the car started losing a bit of power each day, not a huge amount but definitely noticeable by me. I returned to the shop but there are no error codes, and fuel pressure is correct. So no conclusions yet on the source of that. The shop handled everything with my extended warranty, and my claim was approved. Only had to pay my deductible which I already expected. My only disappointment with this shop would be lack of/delayed communication. I had to reach out to find out progress pretty much, although they did call me once. Today I could've picked up the car since there's no obvious problems with car but I only know that because I called.. bcus I'm in Anaheim I can't get there in time before closing. I'll have to wait until Monday. I do have a loaner vehicle at least, but if I'm honest I think my car is safer to drive. I would recommend this shop if you're dealing with warranty work, or if you're in the area. I probably won't return for any other issues because it's too far for me. If you're the type who prefers updates on progress you'll probably have to contact them. And I will say when you do they do seem to take the time to answer all your questions, as much as possible. Sometimes the person you're talking to isn't the tech working on it, but Andy was helpful when I talked to him.

Pros.. John seems like a nice guy but... Cons.. Shop will keep your car all day and then all day again the following day in order to replace a part. You then drive home to find the issues remains the same. Shop will ask you to bring the car back again. So you bring the car back only to be asked to bring it in the following day because of busy schedule. Next day car is kept all day only to be asked to bring it back again because more time is needed. At this point I decide to bring it to another shop and literally within 10 minutes I'm told the part that was replaced is not meant for my car. They then replaced the wrong part with the right part, seriously, in 15 minutes. I go back to j&d and I am told I cannot get my money back for the wrong part, which I returned, that was placed in my car, explaining, well that's the part they sent me! Needless to say, I will not be going back to j&d.

AMAZING WORK! They know how to work on CARs! They have great customer service and AMAZING workers! They CARE! They take their time to communicate and talk through with the process of the car or what it needs and pricing which is important! I had an amazing experience and this is my 2nd time here and I will continue to come back! I never had a shop clean my car how they cleaned it after they finished the work. I appreciate everything this shop has done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Came too JD Auto Repair.. this morning..had some repairs done on my Truck..( replaced drive shaft /U-Joints) Service was performed today , & my truck was done really fast . The employee that got my truck was Andy Fons. Definitely recommend this Auto repair shop too many of my friends & family....keep up the good work. Also I want too say , that I've been coming too this Repair shop for 7 yrs. And this place takes great care of your Vehicles....give this place

This is the only shop I go to if I ever need something done. No one likes having to go to a mechanic but honestly they make the process so much easier. I am almost always in and out within an hour no matter what it is and their prices are completely fair. I never feel robbed or made to feel stupid which is the case in alot of shops. Thorough and effecient in all that they do. Even referred other people here who hate mechanics, their minds were changed as well.

***WARNING*** DO NOT GO HERE! ZERO STARS Before I utter one word of what happened to me, let me introduce myself. I'm Aaron, retired Marine, combat veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan, and Wounded Warrior alumni. I will put my military service record on the line in regards to my truthfulness. I even updated my Yelp photo to help persuade you not to go here. I am exactly who I say I am, unlike these Pimps in mechanic clothes. I'll get right to it. Took my car in for burning to much oil (or at least I thought) and a knock in the engine while shifting. Get a phone call that the engine doesn't need to be replaced. Get a subsequent phone call that the previous tech was mistaken. When I arrive at the shop, the tech I spoke to on the phone no longer works there they said. They confirm that the engine needs to be replaced. They replace the engine. All of the same problems still occur. Take it back in (I'm $4,000 into it at this point) and they say it's a coil. This happens 2 or 3 more times. Take it in for an oil change. I literally catch one of the techs putting the wrong oil in the car. Actually, while the car was on the lift I asked him if he used synthetic oil or not. He says no and that no one told him to use it. Do any of you know what happens when you use the wrong oil? IT FU*KS it up! That car continued to get worse and worse. I'm pretty sure they didn't even replace the engine and that all I needed was new coils. I had to get rid of the car last month because the transmission needed work. Which I told them that's what I thought it was in the first place yet they assured me it wasn't. God how dishonest of them! I wish I had my right mind at the time but I was in the middle of a divorce and very disoriented. They absolutely took advantage of a broken combat veteran down on his luck. I feel dirty and used. They just took advantage of me. It doesn't happen often so I give them credit. Bunch of gold chain wearing smooth talking pimps. If you take your car there after reading this review, you're asking for it. Literally.

Got referred here from my extended warranty. Was jumping through hoops trying to get my motor replaced in my Hyundai Genesis til I came here. Engine replacement came out great. Brought my GMC Sierra here and also had great service. Referred my family here to and they also have no complaints. Decent prices and they guarantee there work, no hassle when I had an issue or concern. Thanks guys

It's been a month since I brought my Jeep to get fixed. They gave me an estimate which was already very pricey but I needed my car fixed regardless. Being a college student I asked if there may be any extra costs added to my estimate, because I was bearly able to cover the inital estimate. They very confidently assured me that there were not going to be any extra cost and if for any reason there was, it would be less than $200. And they told me my car would be ready in 5 business days... so i went forward with it. It ended up taking 2 weeks to get my car back, the day they called me to pick up they decided to close an hour early at 5pm when their cards say 6pm (they said their buisness cards are incorrect, good to know) and the overall price came out to $600 above the estimate (so much for $200 tops) and the WORST part, when i finally went to pick up my "ready" car the first thing they told me literally as i walked in "We just noticed that you have a crack on your coolant reservoir"... seriously? The entire 2 weeks they had my jeep I kept calling to get an update and the charges kept going up and up and up. If i wasnt calling them they wouldn't have called me. they had to wait for me to pick up my car to tell me they "just noticed" something. I had to take back my car the NEXT day to get if fixed... also when i brought it back i told them theres a rattling sound when i turn on my car so they said they could check it. Guess a 15min check up would suffice? they told me it was probably the oil having to relubricate everything and the noise would stop. Its been a MONTH and my car is still rattleing... taking my car to an actual mechanic now.

This location is great, honest nice guys working here. They were very helpful. I've gone here twice already and great experience both times. Place is affordable, well as far as affordable as a mechanic could be lol.

Best place to get an Inspection. They're very detailed and help you understand and explain everything. They're upfront about they're price. They are trust worthy. They have a waiting room with cable. They are just always busy tho. But for inspections I will always come here.

Our family has been taking all our vehicles to JD Auto Repair since they they've been in business they have new and better equipment than the factories. The facility is extra clean all the technicians are experts and very knowledgeable on every type of cars American or European makes. The owner Dith Chansy and his son in law Andy are the best they go beyond their duty to make sure repairs are done in a timely fashion, they keep you informed through the whole process...They treat men and females the same. This shop will not take advantage of naive women. Dith runs his facility like a military base...Honest,feasible and efficient.
