Terrible service came to have get a drug test. I came yesterday 10-19-24 hour early they told me the system was down . Today I called before coming to ask if I can get a drug test she said yes and nothing more so I came and when I went inside she said she can’t do it bc the copy machine isn’t working she wanted me to pay 60 dollar I was like no bc a job sent me and I said I called to ask and you said I could come in and she said well you didn’t ask. I said how am I used to know to ask about the copy machine is working or not that your job to tell me that why called to ask before hand. Second time I’m starting to think maybe she doesn’t want to help bc it’s the same person and I called before hand. 10-19-24

Be cautious when dealing with that place; the staff are rude and they scam people. I paid $60 for a test, and they tried to deceive me by telling me they needed another sample and that I would have to pay the amount again. When I requested to meet or contact the manager, the receptionist rudely claimed that she was in charge and there was no one else to complain to, and she refused to take my complaint.

Very Bad place,staff is rude, these guys blaming false for temperature is high & low. NOT recommended don't waste your time. They will spoil your Trucking future with out any proof or for there ego satisfaction

I came in for a drug screening and physical and the ladies were so nice and polite. They got you in and out the doctor was wonderful as well but those nurses those ladies were awesome.

I had a great experience getting my DOT physical. I was in a crunch for time and they were able to get me in quickly and the entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. My nurse was efficient, professional, and made me feel very comfortable 10 out of 10. This is my new go to spot for a DOT physical!!! Thanks again!!!!

I took my drug and alcohol test at Ontario testing center . Their told me I can have my results within 2-3 days however after 10 days I still don’t have it ! When I called to find out they were blaming lab for delay, I call today to check again same thing no results, I spoke to Manager Judy she was rude and unprofessional! I was trying to get my money back however they would not give me back. I would not recommend this facility to anyone one ! Their are dishonest unprofessional people! They can get test results or even come out with one price ! When I called and ask for the price for testing and enrollment their told me it’s 200$ when I came in their ask for 250$ . Stay away from those clowns !

My husband went for a DOT, and said that this establishment was super helpful and kind! Big thank you to the lady Judy who helped him! we will definitely be recommending to our nephew who also drives truck!
