If you wanna come here for cheap neutering and Spain, that’s the only acceptable reason why I would say you would come here But I came here with my cat, because of her injured paw And when they offered themselves to take a look at it,(because I was here for their shots) they immediately told me that she would need amputation, which I was really Confused about so I purchased medication from them and test from them and a total I spent about $400 and when I came back for her check up, they then told me that she still needs amputation I was a bit skeptical and paranoid with them so I decided to take my business elsewhere so when I came and schedule For amputation with another clinic and Foundation they literally told me that her leg looks savable and Not dead, which was something clinic Ontario neuter told me . after all, I was very shocked to say that my cats foot wasn’t dead and didn’t need amputation My cat walking normally and fine without any limp after getting the care she needed at a different clinic. She didn’t need no amputation and practically no surgery at all at the end and now she’s just walking perfectly and running perfectly fine with her brothers. This is something very scary to happen Claiming that The foot is dead is Such a big diagnosis and not something small I suggest you take your animals somewhere else as you never know that they might be telling u something that’s not true . If I had Agreed with them and allowed them to do the procedure. I would have had a cat that got her foot removed for no reason.

Love this place! Open Saturdays for all the people that can't make it to the vet during the week and the staff is awesome ?

Wait time is terrible. Never received a call about an update. I found up the status at the shop at 4:30 pm. They expected you to wait there for three hours.

I would love to give it more starts but walking in there makes me feel so dirty. It's really unsanitary and smells horrendous. I've had to go there a few times over the past handful of years and it's never smelled ok. It's really really dirty and extreme.I recently took our dog to Blue Cross animal hospital and there's zero smell there so I can't begin to defend the smells that lay thickly at Ontario Spay and Neuter. The people are nice enough and my son's cats came out of surgery fine. I just wish the facility were cleaned properly so it didn't leave a stinky film in my nose when I've had to go in there. Maybe they cannot smell it because they have become accustomed to it?In closing, it's really just the severe smell of animal markings/spray, urine, and feces that are the issue. I would leave another two stars if that problem weren't persistent for the years I've experienced it.I'd suggest they hire a professional company to sanitize properly so it's bearable to be in there without covering your face with your shirt. It's very obvious other customers are struggling with the smells as well. I just feel like the staff can't smell it anymore because they are too used to it but it is not faint or light, it's very very potent. My son's cats are alive and well, despite my opinion. If that helps at all.

This is the best place to take your pet. Currently, I’m taking the female feral cats in the neighborhood to get spayed. To date, I’ve not had a problem. Prices are reasonable, facility is always clean, and the Staff is great!

Just please check your animals for fleas after They're procedure i know it's gonna happen. There's a lot of animals, but just don't let it go too many days without you taking them a bath just noticed my cat kept on Scratching himself good thing he is a white cat I took those suckers out quick. And it's funny how they wanna over charge you if your cat has fleas. I should go over there and charge them. Because i spend an hour taking them out right now. My cat is only a inside cat didn't have no fleas before I took him here.

Had my cat neutered here. Went because it was cheap. Found out VERY quickly why they’re so cheap. After the surgery they decided NOT to put the cone on him, that I paid for. Didn’t find out till I opened the box to get him out. Absolute blood bath in the box and the cat was NOT sedated in the slightest. He was frantically trying to escape. I had blood all over my clothes trying to calm him down and get the cone on him. Needless to say, the wound was not properly sealed. Called the following day to bring him and they seemed like they were going to help… but all I got was a, “Sorry for you” and another bill for $85 to fix the problem THEY caused. If you’re looking for cheap, they’re great. But don’t be shocked if you end up spending just as much as you would have if you them to a REAL vet. This was definitely a “Chop Shop”. Very disappointed with their response to something THEY caused.

Wait time was horrible this second time. Waited all day for a phone call to pick up my animals and never got one. I had to head over due to traffic from my direction and while I checked in and waited in the lobby, they finally texted me that my animals couldn’t be released until 5:15 pm. I was an hour early so I went to a local store. They called me a few minutes before I headed back (early) and when I arrived they made me sign the wait list again and made sure I was the last person in the lobby to get my animals. In all, I had to wait 2 hours and 20 minutes to get my animals. This is a terrible experience and especially for someone who is an unpaid volunteer getting rescued foster kittens spayed and neutered. No wonder more people won’t volunteer for rescues especially if they have to deal with this. I’m still looking for a clinic closer to my town that is better than Ontario spay and neuter and offers low cost spay and neuter. Ruined my whole day!

The most important thing to me was how informative they were over here. I took my cat to two other locations, and it wasn't the help we needed. My cat is getting older so progress isn't expected, but on the other hand my cat looks much healthier! My brother came to visit and noticed the difference. Thank you for your help.

Very caring staff. Beyond expectations. And cheap. No other word for it. They are high volume so they CAN offer cheap prices. Also offer well care and vaccines
