I've been getting my meds from Ontario Pharmacy for over 5 yrs. The staff is Friendly & service is Excellent! Mary & Fid are the Best! I wouldn't think of going to another Pharmacy to get my meds! Thank u all for your hard work & dedication!!

It was so much better when Stan was running the place . Everyone use to smile and knew your name.Now It's like BLAA . I enjoy going to the small mom and pop places,Really dislike going to the big pharmacy chain outlets , nobody knows you or seems to care !What happened ! WHERE IS THE LOVE now days ?

A staff member didn't get the medication I had done two days without, and then I got a next the next-day about a different medication having come in when I already picked it up.Also, since a staff member left before closing hours, I missed a dose. It would be nice if the span of time that the staff member were there were more congruent with the store's operating hours. Especially since medications can't be sold without that staff member present.

I drove all the way down there and there not open at the time there supposed to be. There not very polite. Im going to change Pharmacy as soon as possible.

I was a patron of Ontario Pharmacy for years. Their staff was friendly, efficient, and filled my orders quickly. Unfortunately, over the last few months that changed. I started to see faces of people I did not recognize. I was constantly being told that my regular medications were never in stock. They started sending me to their "sister pharmacies". I was inconvenienced by traveling out of my way to different cities like Upland and Rancho Cucamonga to get my basic refills. On one occasion, I was very sick and they had us waiting for over 30 minutes only to tell us they were out of one of the medications and they would text me when it was in. As soon as I drove away, they texted me. Terrible. When I called to refill another medication I was rudely told that because it was out of stock I needed to call my doctor to figure it out or find another pharmacy. After that, no one answered the phone there. Ever. It is just a robotic voicemail message. I'm writing this review for anyone who is considering going to this pharmacy. I am a big believer in supporting small businesses. This purpose of this pharmacy should be to support the members in the local community so they can easily access the medication they need for optimal health. For years, they served that purpose. As of the date of this review- 2/8/2023, they no longer serve that purpose. If you are reading this and value your health, find another pharmacy who will serve you. Thank you to the rude person at this pharmacy for telling me to go elsewhere. With the help of my doctor, we found a stellar pharmacy who values the population they serve.

I switched from the big box pharmacy to Ontario Pharmacy because I like supporting small business and I value good customer service. During the pandemic when I had an autoimmune flare up Betty was so very helpful in getting me special discounts on my medication through the manufacturer. They (Allergan) were having a promotion which took hundreds off this very expensive medication and she went through all the red for me which the big pharmacy had no time to deal with. Betty had to call Allergan on numerous occasions to qualify me and get the promo codes etc. Surely very time consuming snd after having the bigger pharmacies not want to deal with it I'll have to say Ontario Pharmacy was a breath of fresh air. They have old fashioned values and can so say STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have earned me and my family's business for life! I have stayed with them since and they have never let me down. The only thing I wish is that they were open on weekends. I recently ran out of my medication and had to skip a day because it was the weekend and I didn't realize they're closed. It gave me pause that that is a perk of the bigger pharmacies but in any event at least I know now so I'll have to be more vigilant of that. Thanks for the great service all the time....such a great hidden gem in our community!
