My car got a nail in the tire and needs to be repaired. I searched on Google, and this shop has the best reviews. When I checked in, the receptionist was so friendly (time was 17:30, and they closed at 18:00). She checked my tire and said she would take care of it. When I tried to pay, I was shocked because she said it's FREE!!! The tire was repaired in less than 30 minutes.
I highly recommend this place if you need help with your tires!

Took my Tesla Model Y to switch over my TPMS sensors from my 19s to 21s. I worked with Roley and he was awesome. I was a bit skeptical to take my brand new Tesla to this establishment because of the recent name change and assumed lack of knowledge working with Tesla's. After a few hours, I received my car and overall I am happy with my decision to come here for my tire needs. My experience was good and I look forward to returning here very soon. $25 a sensor was a decent deal.

I had a flat tire that I wasn't sure would be able to be repaired. Ring was very helpful as soon as I walked in. My tire was not able to be repaired but they had a replacement in stock and replaced it for me same day. I'm and our service. Highly recommended!

I’m so disgusted. We came here because of all the great reviews and it sounded better than being robbed by the dealership. Just realized all these reviews are fake because they’re buying fake reviews by offering free air filters for good reviews. No thanks. I can afford a $20 filter. We bought our car three months ago and noticed a slight change in the alignment and we were also due for an oil change. Three hours later with an appointment we put the car on the freeway and it’s shaking like crazy. Worse than our 2011 that’s been everywhere including overseas. They claim something is lose but I can’t imagine one small thing causing this much shaking. We couldn’t even put a soft drink with a lid in the cup holders because they were almost thrown out. I truly feel they wrecked my car

Brought my car here to get serviced instead of bringing it to the dealership. Big Brand has better prices and Romy was really helpful! Only downside was it took a little longer than expected. They mention 1-1.5hrs but it took a little more than 2 hours before I got my car back... oh well they must be busy. But overall, I would recommend this place and recommend Romy. Will comeback again!

I was driving through the Ontario in search of the nearest tire store. Limited on time, this establishment stayed open for me after closing hours. I am truly thankful for their commitment to great service. Our family highly recommends Tire Pros!
