I brought in my vehicle for paint repairs due to manufacturing defect on the hood and other small areas of the car. Aside from dealing with a rude service representative, there was no quality control on the finished work. I am aware that the repair is not completed in house but the fact that Ontario hyundai would let me pick up my car with sloppy repairs is what disturbes me. My car was left to fix the areas that were not done correctly the first time. Mind you, with attitude from the service rep. since he had to do more work. Once the car was picked up, i noticed while driving the fender liner was never put back into place correctly and was completely destroyed on my drive to work the next day. Hyundai generously offered to replace the fender liner, but then proceeded to bend and dent the inside of my fender in the process. I then noticed over the Thanksgiving holiday week when i opened my trunk i am completely missing the attached cover that comes with my car. i don't know where in this process it was taken out and never put back. I decided to contact Hyundai one last time just to get my original part back, and basically got told to "kick rocks". Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the whole process at Ontario Hyundai. I would not recommend spending a dime here on any kind of service. Pictures are provided.

This is my experience of your dealership: Obtained an out the door price by the internet sales rep for a specific year, color, and trim after confirming inventory stock online. After I agreed to pick up the car, I get a call indicating the quoted car was sold. The rep insisted I should come in as they had a higher trim with the same specs and that they would honor the same deal with the difference only being the differences in trim MSRP costs. They knew that this meant a long drive for me (3-hours). Upon arrival, the rep tells me he is surprised to find after-market seats in the vehicle amongst other add-ons that increased the out of the door price by $5K. The window sticker on the vehicle did not even show any of these dealer add-ons. How in the world do you not know?! Didn't you already quote an out of the door price? Why are you adding things after I get there?For all potential buyers who live far away, I wasted 3 hours of my time because they lied about the inventory they had, does not include all add-ons on the window stickers, shows a discount applied to an MSRP that is higher than the MSRP on the official Hyundai website, did not honor the Out of the Door Price they emailed me with, and frankly does not care about your time. Business transactions are more fruitful when there is trust. Trust is a premium I will pay for. I have been a loyal Honda and Toyota customer as they have been reliable cars, and this was my first time considering Hyundai.

Went for my schedule maintenance today. Was happy with how quickly it was done, but not with how the interior of my driver side door looked when it was done. Greasy dirty prints all over and they keep scratching the door panel.

If you going to buy a car do it with John Wanis, he is very polite and is very knowledgeable. He doesn't hide anything from you and makes sure you understand everything.

Honestly I was dreading going into the car buying process, I used my Costco membership auto buying program and was just waiting for the response, and the sales person that reached out from Ontario Hyundai was Sarah. She was absolutely amazing. Listened to all I had to say, didn’t push me one way or another, and was super personable. Her sales manager (can’t recall his name) was just a pleasant and didn’t pressure anything at all. There 4 square breakdown was straight forward, and easy to comprehend.From there (as per normal car sales protocol) I was moved along to the financing department. He (can’t recall his name either) was just as great as the other two and made the process super easy. He was able to offer me great coverage at super low costs to my monthly. Even the sales manager came out and greeted us personally as I got into me new car. Everyone was great start to finish.Overall this was such a great experience. Sarah and the team at Ontario Hyundai were excellent. My boyfriend was even impressed and wished he would have there instead of the dealership he got his Honda from.I absolutely recommend Ontario Hyundai and specifically Sarah and her team.

I just purchased my 2021 Hyundai Tucson 2 weeks ago and Ontario Hyundai was great to work with. My salesman, Remy, was awesome! He was very nice and patient and answered all my questions and/or concerns! He made buying my new car enjoyable! I would definitely purchase my next car from them!!

I got my new car here in Ontario location . I was so lucky to have Tracy as my sale person, she is super professional and knowledgeable . Everything went very smooth from texting for car’s information to the end . She is very patient , she waited for me to find my insurance paper for a long time even though she already informed me ahead to take my insurance paper and she answers all of my questions in details and clearly ! And I could feel that she was trying her best to get the price I wanted , we had a great experience with her on buying my new car , she deserve a 10/10 on everything ! I will say she is the BEST! And the manager is great too , he offered us the extended warranty , he explained it in details , we understand it very well , thank you ! I will recommend Tracy and Ontario Hyundai to my friends !

I was ready to buy my Santa Fe from another dealer. Filled out everything online. Texted back the following day and no response. Called Ontario Hyundai as they had the same vehicle. Mohamed gave me a call , so next day drove there. Very inviting showroom. Thanked me for my military service. Showed me the vehicle. Did a quick test ride. Made a deal and drove 60+ miles home. Mohamed has called twice to see if I have any questions. So if you are looking for a Hyundai stop by. You will be treated by a friendly staff that honors us veterans.

I called in regards to the paint that has been peeling off excessively on the hood and roof of my white 2017 hyundai elantra limited. I had put a claim in through a local hyundai dealership in Ontario after hearing from another hyundai car owner at the local jiffy lube that he had the same paint issues and had received a recall paper in the mail and got his car fixed no cost and informed me I should have received something, which I hadn't. Hyundai is only willing to pay 80% and I have to pay 20% in addition to pay for a rental car for 5-7 days, which to me is b.s. I called hyundai customer cares for further assistance with this issue and Noone could help me only tell me that its not their responsibility even though I never received a recall paper ever to fix the paint issue within the 6 year warranty on the vehicle. So they claim they are doing a "good will", although as a customer I don't consider that a "good will" I consider that doing what you should do because when you sell a car to someone and the paint is defective you should fix that issue if you want to stay in business. How is that fair that I should be responsible to pay hundreds of dollars for a rental car that I can't afford at all as a single mom making minimum wage? This is completely unfair and not right at all. I would have not bought the car had I known there would be these issues that hyundai isn't willing to take full responsibility for. Noone even tries to go above and beyond to provide good customer service in any way which to me is crazy as I work in customer service and that is my main focus at work to make everyone more than satisfied. The phone disconnected when I was speakingnwith the supervisor and Noone bothered to try and call me back to finish our conversation in regards to this issu, and the only phone calls I've ever received were from the sales team at ontario hyundai trying to get me to trade my car in, not one person has followed up with me for the actual reason I visited the dealership in the first place which was to submit a claim and pictures for the paint issues on my car. This is horrible customer service all around and even though I love my hyundai elantra (aside from the embarrassing paint job that I can't stand), I would not consider trading my car into hyundai ever or even buy another hyundai again based on this horrible experience and lack of good or even decent customer service. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid at Ontario Hyundai. It was a great experience shopping for my new vehicle due to the excellent customer service at Ontario Hyundai. Daniel was the sales representative who assisted me from start to finish and he displayed amazing professionalism! He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and thoroughly explained all of its features. He was very patient and checked in with me to see if I had any questions about my new Tucson. I have so much gratitude for the excellent customer service provided by the Ontario Team. Many thanks to Daniel, Anthony, Jessica, Rocky, and Riham! I love my new car!

Go here and ask for Tracy. She responded to my online inquiry but if I’m being honest, if I’d had the choice of anyone to work with I’d have picked her. She’s a REAL person and I don’t mean that solely in the sense that it wasn’t an auto generated response from a computer. I mean you can sit down comfortably with her and talk like old friends. No high pressure sales, and no fake personality. As a woman buying a car I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this. If I’m not comfortable, I’ll walk right out. I was comfortable from the start. She took the time to walk me through all the new safety features and help me set up everything exactly how I wanted it. She made it too easy. I hope her management team sees this. A+ service.

Before I even visited the dealership, John answered all of my questions. He followed up per my request to assist me with my search for a new vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership, all staff were warm and welcoming without being pushy! I know everyone knows what im talking about. John helped me in searching for exactly what I was looking for. He was professional, courteous, and not pushy. Definitely recommend him as your sales associate if you plan to visit the dealership.
