I went to OBM to pick up Flagstone today.Went into the yard picked out the stone .Go to the office and tell the guy what I Want. He tells me to go out and wait by the flag stone. 20 minutes later in 105° I decided to leave when nobody showed up. The guy was a complete j**** Looks like I'll stay with Southeast construction in Chino, where Bud and Eileen know what Customer service is!

OBM was recommended to us for good quality ground cover rocks for our xeriscaping project in the front of our house. We had looked at other suppliers for the Palm Springs Gold type of rock in the 3/4" size, including Wolfenbargers in Chino and Thompsons in Fontana. OBM appeared to have the correct color and size that we needed. Upon placing about $2.2K worth of orders for the rock, the owner's sister that is in the office told us "In the Palm Springs Gold 3/4", you may notice some sand....don't be concerned, just use a water hose and spray it through when the rock is installed, no big deal." Well, their product is NOT ALL 3/4", as we have discovered, it is probably 20% pea gravel and sand, WHICH CANNOT BE WASHED DOWN WITH WATER. The approx 1600 sq ft @ 2 in in depth of this rock has settled, and I have to now add more of the same rock. I have to screen the rock before putting it in place, and I have taken photos to show the amount of sand and pea gravel that is in this product. I do not know about their other products, but this product is not the quality that they say, considering about 20% is NOT 3/4" rock, but sand and pea gravel. SUGGESTION TO DAVID - SCREEN YOUR PALM SPRINGS GOLD 3/4" SO YOU ARE HONEST ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE SELLING. I have been asked by many neighbors how I liked the rock we have put in, and I had to let them know I would NOT recommend this product.
