Great service. Very clean room. Lots of little knick knacks given that's really helpful for travelers. Not even very fancy hotels give razor, toothbrush, toothpaste and combs! Not very far from the airport so hard some planes taking off in the morning. Expected and enjoyed!

Good price, resort setting with pool, grassland and palm trees, very relaxing, big glass windows to enjoy the view, most toiletries I had ever seen in this country, attention to details, night light, quiet, public computer, friendly staffed offered late check out for my midnight checkin without me requesting, willing to switch to room with better view hassle free

I've been coming to this hotel for years; there is something so nostalgic about it. Sure, the decor and construction is a little dated, but I find everything here to be timeless. Certain parts of this hotel remind me of that movie "The Shining" and not in a negative way.The staff here is super friendly and professional; I've never once had a negative experience from anyone or anything at this hotel. It's in a great area, security on site, and gated parking. So many places nearby to order DoorDash! The beds are sooo comfy! And the rooms are always clean. If you are looking for something modern and upscale then this is not the place for you. But if you genuinely appreciate classics and nostalgia, then this hotel is a must-stay.I believe this is the most affordable hotel in the area; I've never once found a hotel that beats their rate and offers so many thoughtful amenities. I highly recommend the Executive King Bed Room with Balcony. Ask for the 3rd floor if it's available, the vaulted ceiling is stunning and really opens the space in the room; no other rooms at this hotel offer it!Rooms: Memory foam king-size beds! Soft pillows!Nearby activities: So many restaurants!Safety: Security on site and gated parkingWalkability: Close to many different convenient storesFood & drinks: Breakfast is great, simple yet effective.Noteworthy details: Nostalgic and classic appearance!

Priscilla, the front desk clerk is so rude. She likes to assume she is correct and is not friendly at all. God forbid you ask a question and she immediately pops off with a "NO". I was on the phone with her, her tone of voice sends chills down my spine. Priscilla, you are in the hospitality profession. If you are not content with position, indeed is awesome when it comes to job searching.

Pros: Airport shuttle. Cheaper than other hotels in the area. Toiletries. Lots of TV options.Cons: No guests policy enforced. Breakfast is boiled eggs, no other protein. Broken outlets and lamps.Stayed here for 3 nights on my first solo vacation to a music festival for Halloween. Called ahead and confirmed that they have shuttle service. Just need to call them after getting my bags from ONT airport. The return shuttle has to be pre-booked.Check-in process was fine. On getting to my building, however, it looked like they were having water problems. The carpet was damp, they had blowers running, and left the building doors open to vent it out. They did this everyday during my trip, but at least I couldn't hear the blowers running at night. In the room, two of the outlets weren't working, along with one of the lamps. Annoying, but I just moved the couch and the bed to access working outlets. Complimentary toiletries The "deluxe" breakfast is nothing but boiled eggs, fruit, and bagels. Food was the same for all 3 days (Fri-Sun).The location is within 15 min. walking distance from the NOS shuttle stop. On my return from the music festival at 2am, I got stopped by security, even though I had a room key card. They needed to check my reservation, that I knew what room # I'm in, and that I wasn't bringing any guests back. I've never experienced this type of security before. What would have happened if I forgot my room #?Check-out process was fine, and I got the pre-booked shuttle ride back to the airport.

I was not expecting much, but it was pretty great! I needed to stay over two days in Ontario for a weekend for the purposes of attending AX Chibi and the obvious smart man move is to actually stay really close to the airport, so you don't have to pay a wild amount of money in order to get to and from the airport.Almost all of the hotels near the airport seemed to have extremely low scores in pretty much every imaginable rating site, including Yelp, so I honestly just picked the cheapest one in walking distance of the convention. Admittedly, the Ontario Airport Inn was barely within walking distance (I think around 17 minutes), but it was very cheap!First, check-in process was easy and parking was complimentary and easy to access, except for one night where the parking gate wasn't working and a guy dressed up as Aang from Avatar the Last Airbender had to open the gate for us (when the world needed him most, the Avatar actually didn't disappear). They offer free early check-in after 10 AM, which is AWESOME! So I enjoyed my early check-in.Second, the room was spacious, clean, basically fine. The bathroom actually came with complimentary toiletries, including a make-up removal wipe which came incredibly helpful because I actually left mine at home on accident (XD lol so random).Third, the room cleaners did a pretty decent job. No complaints. Finally, the airport shuttle in the morning was very effective and easy - they pretty much pick people up every 30 minutes (schedule ahead the night before however) and drop them off at the airport free of charge. Awesome!Only downside was that the continental breakfast was kind of mid, but continental breakfasts are basically mid everywhere unless you pay an absurd amount of money.Anyways, super great for its price. Super convenient, especially if you're flying in for anything in Ontario (at the convention center). My theory as to mediocre experiences that some people have had here and quite frankly every hotel in the area is that because this is so close to the airport, a very large proportion of the people who stop by are basically people whose vacations have been ruined in some way or are otherwise just air travelers not having a good time. But if you don't hate your life and want a cheap stay, this place is solid!

I had extremely low expectations for this inn especially since I've had some, maybe not so great experiences with non-franchise hotels in this area, especially during conventions, but I was pleasantly surprised! It's not THAT far of a walk from the con center but you can always bring your car closer to get free street parking. There's complimentary guest parking too, just swipe your room key at the entrance. Service was courteous and the airport shuttle's great too. Upon check in you get free cookies and there's free breakfast in the morning, but it was just bagels and hard-boiled eggs. There's a nice pool in the middle and the room was nicely clean and put together. It didn't feel grimy or "stayed in" as some other hotels I've been to. After housekeeping came in, everything was in tip top shape. The bed's comfy. Water pressure and temperatures are good for the shower/bath. The inn provided all the amenities and there's actually a decent number of TV channels and shows available too!Great bang for your buck stay if you're near the Ontario airport/convention center area.

I booked 2 nights here to attend Anime Expo Chibi at the Ontario Convention Center because of the low prices and low refundable deposit (they ask for a $50 dollar deposit that gets refunded to you at the end of your stay). I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of my room. The bed, mini-fridge, and bathroom were clean and the TV had many channels to choose from. The public spaces were also pretty clean and the surrounding area was pretty quiet despite the hotel being located next to a freeway and nearby an airport. The front desk was nice and the check-in/check-out process was fast and pleasant even though I booked through Expedia. Lots of parking and decent security and it's about a 15 minute walk from the hotel to the Ontario convention center. Would definitely stay with them again for future conventions.

The girls in the front for check in are super helpful!! I spoke to Priscilla before checking in and she was super informative and made it possible to have a successful stay based on that conversation. It was a perfect getaway for my little one and myself!! The pool and yard area is gorgeous! Comfy chairs perfect for laying down/ tanning poolside!! It even has a outdoor grill for your convenience!! The rooms come with a mini fridge a microwave and a full size double mirrored door closet!! The bathroom was stocked with more then shampoo and conditioner it had disposable treasures like a comb tooth brush tooth paste wipesShoe cleaner wipes shower capAnd razor and shaving cream!! I couldn't believe how nice it was! Close to Denny's and the 10 freeway and just a 10 min drive from the airport! We will definitely be back!!The only thing is that it could use some modernizing the walls in the bathroom are kinda peeling off due to humidity and the tiles are a bit cracked. Everything was pristinely clean !! The card said Esmeralda on it so thank you so much to her as well!

Where to start . I stayed here several times about 6 years ago! This was a very nice pleasant affordable place to stay. I checked in here Saturday evening. ANGIE is VERY sarcastic, VERY rude with an attitude who decided she was going to talk to me fast with a loud voice, smart mouth and her eyes rolling. When I told her I do not want to be in the three-story building she told me I don't have a choice that I picked my room I told her I did not pick my room. I simply booked a king suite room. I told her well she can change the room to whatever I do not want to be there. She said she can't my room is already been assigned. I told her that's not true. I've changed my room here several times in the past that's just the start. I did ask to speak to a manager because her and I were not getting along ! Clearly her English & my English were different. I don't know why that is, but we don't speak the same language. I was informed there's no manager there on duty that nobody will be back until Tuesday and no one can help me as well as I could not get a refund. ANGIE WAS VERY RESPECTFUL TO THE SPANISH SPEAKING GUESTS & VERY RUDE TO THE ENGLISH SPEAKERS. I witnessed this. I waited for somebody else to help me. Clearly they were all working together they decided to give me room 360 which is the highest floor. It was the most disgusting room I have ever seen in my life not only was it disgusting it was at the end of the hallway up next to the elevator. I'm sure this is the room they give to all the people that complain or have or have an issue because let me tell you I wouldn't let a dog sleep in there. I did bring blankets and pillows in my car because of the weather in Las Vegas I didn't know if we would get stuck traveling on the road so I brought stuff just in case thank God. The bathroom door handle was broke and dusty and dirty. The couch that they put in the room to make it the KING SUITE advertised looked nothing like what they have on the web site. It's full of stains filthy dirt cobwebs behind it. It's damn near black when it looks like a green color. You can't even sit on it and enjoy it. It was absolutely gross. I don't know what was all over it but let me tell you it was nasty. The rooms lights were so yellow dim. My boyfriend had to use his work flashlight so we could get a better look around . No one with a clear mind would stay in this room if they walked in during the daylight . This is the late room when people are tired & desperate. The ceiling in the bathroom was ripping off. It has water damage. The air conditioner was breaking apart. On the side of the air conditioner nothing but spiderwebs everywhere and dust. This room gave me the creeps. The carpet was filthy. The towels were thin & felt like sandpaper. I was here a total of 5 grueling hours sleeping on my blanket on the bed with one eye open the whole 5 hours so I could try and be rested for my long drive. I waited to write review for a few days hoping to here from the manager since I left my information. Can't even get a call from a manager to make things right. Angie needs some customer service training or a new place to work . Hospitality is not for her.
