10 min from the airport, with complementary shuttles to/from. Free breakfast from 5-9 a.m. The rooms are dated, but clean. If you want a room that faces the inner courtyard, ask for an even numbered room. The nearest coffee shop is a Starbucks about 0.5 miles away. There are sidewalks if you want to walk to it.
Rooms: Dated furniture and decor, but clean and smoke free
Walkability: Not a very walkable neighborhood, but there are sidewalks and some restaurants within walking distance.

Great hotel, my only complaint is the shower heads are old, crusty and don't dispense water well. Please replace them, they only cost a few bucks......

Found a room last minute here for an event happening at the fairplex in Pomona and what a lucky find. Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Our room was really great. 60’s vibe and spacious. There’s lots of great eats around this area and it’s right next to the freeway. Highly recommend it and would love to stay here again.

Immaculate Beautiful Rooms! Great Service and Amenities Provided! Beds are so Comfortable too! Best of all is the Late check out at 1pm free of charge! Worth the drive from Redlands!

DONT STAY HERE. By far one of the most unprofessional staff, over priced, outdated ran down excuse of a hotel. 4 different cars in the parking lot with people sleeping in them, as security walks by them and seems too over look them. Front desk tried charging my girlfriend and I for "pet fur" in the room. We don't even have any pets. Then the next day they try to change they're excuse to the sheets were stained when my girlfriend happened to start her period the previous night and went as far as saying that were being charged because we did not report any damages. I even asked the lady who was telling me this, "would you not be embarrassed? Would you go up front and report any damages if that happened to you? She responded with "yes I would if I did not want to be charged." We paid the $200 for the damaged sheets only to have them tell us they would not extended our reservation. Again DONT STAY HERE. THIS PLACE IS PRIVATELY OWNED AND WILL JUST TRY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. KIMBERLY AND ESTELLA should be fired, or find new jobs. People like this are in the wrong industry working in hospitality. I really hope management responds to this since they were no where to be found when I asked for them. Couldn't even get a phone number to call from these half whit excuse of employees they have working in the front.

4 MONTHS LATER THE PROPERTY DECIDED TO RESPOND TO MY HONEST, RESPECTFUL REVIEW. I WAS NEVER ASKED TO LEAVE, ONLY WAS TOLD I COULD STAY FOR ANOTHER $200 CASH ONLY. CROOKS. IM GLAD YOU FINALLY TOOK THE TIME TO RESPOND TO MY HONEST, HELPFUL REVIEW. SORRY IM JUST TRYING TO KEEP THESE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES FROM HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE....... AGAIN DONT STAY HERE<B>
Safety: Not safe. People sleeping in vans in the parking lot. Security is on sight but does nothing. Homeless people walking around the property.

An "older" hotel, but you wouldn't really know it. Because of the fantastic staff and apparent ownership, it has morphed into a wonderful charming hotel among cookie cutter big name hotels.
Staff replaced my room AC in less than an hour with a new unit when the compressor wouldn't stay on. No questions, no hassle, and even a follow-up call a couple of hours later to make sure everything was okay.
If you are coming to the area, you can't beat the bang for your buck, gated parking with lot guard, great pool, and even a grill area to cookout.
Rooms: Smaller but nice and more than adequate!
Noteworthy details: Laundry, lot security with gated entry and exit.

Very easy to get to from ONT Airport. Rooms were nice and the hotel was quiet. They offered free beer and wine out of dispensers when you swipe your room key. I have never experienced that before!

Great 2.5 star hotel worth staying not just 1 nights,they have laundry machines for guests and great early check in service.very delicious breakfast,baggel,bread,a lot of choices you can have a full fill morning ?

This was an AMAZING find! Older property, but super clean and comfortable with great rates. The shuttle sevuce to/from the airport was prompt and easy to use. Breakfast was also way above average. This place alone might just be enough to always fly out of Ontario.
Noteworthy details: Not only was the property excellent as a place to stay, but they also offer long term airport parking for guests

I specifically asked for a smoking room, Which they did not give me, Then to top that off, I find out that I can't actually use the TV, For a place That considers customer service important It's really bad.
