This is where I stay when I come to CA. Close to the airport and convenient area. The pool and hot tub are also really nice. The staff is friendly and helpful

Hotel lobby area and conference areas are great. Remodeling needs to be performed with the elevators and the common room Walkways.

Never staying here again. We made a request to move because we could see the bed bugs as soon as a sprayed the bed. Next room wasn't much better and had a foul odor. We couldn't sleep and checked out at sunrise.

Beautiful building and ground. But the room was somewhat of a disappointment. The bed was hard for a pillow-top mattress. There were two phones in the room, but only one worked. The toilet paper was terrible. The room was nothing really special-more like a boutique hotel. No TV schedule or guide. Just basic, nothing really special.

Showerhead was broken. I can't change rooms until an engineer verifies the issue. Very inconvenient to stay in my room while its being repaired.

My parents had bad experience while checking in , the lady at the front desk we’re extremely rude while the same lady was giving another customer better customer which isn’t fear .

Got here at 1:30 AM ready to go to bed but no one at the reception. Was on a break so we had to wait till someone came to the Front Desk. Those minutes turn hours this late at night.

Excellent service, attention and kindness, everything perfect
Rooms: Very clean and comfortable
Walkability: It's very quiet, I walked around it a bit.
Food & drinks: The breakfast was very tasty and the coffee was the way I like it, very delicious.

Nice lobby, room was so so no couch to set on, no water pressure in the shower, NO breakfast with the room. To me
over priced.
Noteworthy details: Fancy lobby, not much around it.

I should have chosen this hotel first!
After having an awful experience with my first hotel, I booked this one for the rest of my week.
Very friendly customer service, even as far as management from what I experienced. They treated me as a guest and not simply a customer.
Weekend bartender N. was amazing! Despite the bar not being properly stocked, he ensured guest satisfaction, handled unhappy guests well, played great music, and enjoyed bar guest conversations!
They have parking lot security, a bar open to the public and a fantastic coffee shop with a wonderful employee, I made it a point to stop by when I could for both decent coffee and her lovely demeanor!
Despite the improvements that could be made here, I had no reason to complain, and any issues I had were handled kindly.
Thank you all for making my trip so much better after having to deal with my last hotel ♡

T.V. service is bad. Hard to navigate and no good guide to view. No microwave to reheat the pizza I bought from their restaurant. Bathroom in the room seemed cramped. The only good thing really is their bar and restaurant. And no room service which they should have with a restaurant inside.

I just want to give my absolute gratitude to Reyna, the security. She gave the best customer service. I ended up with a flat tire at the parking lot of the establishment. She came, assessed the situation, and helped me switch out the tire. Thank you so much reyna!! You're the best and a lifesaver! ??
