This used to be my favorite smoke shop. But here recently I bought a $30 set of scales from them that doesn't work. I figured with a much money as I spend in there each week they'd be a fool not to accommodate me on this issue. Sure enough they are fools. First the lady insults me by saying the scales had drugs on them when they haven't even been used yet. Then she had the nerve to tell me they look like they've been dropped. Which she's probably right, only they must've been dropped by one of their employees because I sure as hell didn't drop them. So over all I get stiffed for 30 bucks on a scale that I'll have to throw away. Looks like I'll be finding a new smoke shop

Blatant rip off. They were listed on puffcos website as an authorized seller. I came in for a hot knife(just getting into dabbing but splurgeing). I did little research and was generally trusting. They have 2 prices. 1 at 99.99 and another at 79.99. When I asked what the difference was he told me the more expensive one offered additional heat settings and app connectivity. Not wanting to deprive myself of the best, I bought the one he said had more features.I put it in my car and go next door to eat. After a min I decided to check the price online. Some websites had them on sale for 35 and puffco had them for 49.99 normal price. To top it off there is only one model.Less than 5 min go by and I run back in to verify what I already knew, there were no returns. I went back ate my food then came back to let them know the price is a rip off. The associate who sold it to me tried to say this was the "pro" version of puffcos hot knife. That doesn't exist. So one for 99.99 and one for 79.99After hearing me tell the associate he was wrong and all he did was rip me off on top of selling a different color of the same product at a higher price and saying it's a pro model, a manager or owner came out. He tried to tell me it was limited edition when I said a pro version doesn't exist. It was silver, the same one they had available online at that moment.I get it times are tough, but gouging people isn't how you do business. Do yourself the favor and go to grass roots across the street or buy online.

This is by far the worst smoke shop ever , went here for four years straight no problems, spent thousands, I finally have a issue with a bong I bought a $70 cheap one at that, asked for a exchange because I only bought it 60-80 minutes prior , even took the extra time to wipe it down and make sure it was how it was given to me but I was denied a exchange ! And then I said that's understandable for no refunds but just give me a bong that works instead and they denied that too ! Lost a valuable customer and friend of the business , my father personally knows the owner on a vague level and my brother as well but were all steering clear from this place, I was just going to drop the bong on the store floor since it was mine and it doesn't work why not but the attendant behind the counter said she was a rat cop caller , oh well enjoy your $70 Ps everyone is talking about you screwing your boss idk what that's about but that explains why they don't know how to properly work , ima be calling my bank and disputing this transaction From the looks of it 100s of other people are having the same problem from here but with their vapes , I feel for them . A trained employee would have them test it in store , but what do I know . have a blessed one , still gave you a 5 star rating outta love

I wouldn't go to this place unless you want to get ripped off . I bought a $28 banana Vape and a couple of pieces a day before Only to realize when I got home and opened the Vape and tried to puff it it was dead it I tried charging it but cwas a dead it was bogus it didn't work at all and when I went back the next day to get a replacement for the brand new Vape that I bought and paid $28 for even know the lady was the same lady that sold me the night before she took it upon herself to deny me and rip me off my money. She said that people had ripped them off before I said yeah but I'm not anyone you know who I am you told me the other night she didn't care and was rude about it I wouldn't recommend this place at all

I used to live in Ontario, and I would frequent this smoke just to buy the burning incense fragrance oil because it smelled great! Well I moved and whenever I come through, I would stop by to see Brooke and buy large quantities of oils to burn in my home. The last few times I went there, No Brooke! I still purchase some oil, but it had been cut, and you could barely smell it. I'm old school and it wasn't the same. That was months ago! Bring Brooke Back Please!
