Services are great 250 Mbps, but the installation took two weeks because they didn't had the special firewall router we needed in stock, otherwise I would have given five starts.

I was tasked with getting internet on short notice for our office suite on 67th floor of US Bank Tower. Other vendors quoted me $25,000+ AND a 3-month completion to run fiber optic up the building to start getting internet (in most high rise buildings, tenants are responsible for running their own internet cables).

With our previous provider we were only on 2.5 mb speed making our work very difficult until we found the One internet america guys. now we have 50mb speed and fancy phones.

Great if you want your company’s internet to constantly go down at random for hours and get no answers or an estimated time of when it will be back up! Customer service is horrible, she never answers my questions just an “I don’t know” for every question I have. Just a few weeks ago the internet was down for 10 hours! Then when I asked for my account to be credit they said someone would call me back in four hours! Then never returned my call to this day. We have even paid extra a month for faster internet speeds and they can’t keep their internet up for more than a couple of weeks with out it crashing and not working for hours on end! I will say that the internet speed is great, but there customer service rep. and the fact that it’s a constant problem and my whole office runs on the internet is what is wrong with this company. If you want the get frustrated to the point of no return then by all means go with them. BTW internet is down right now so just sitting here waiting AGAIN with no answers.

We tried to get services at our new office from spectrum, after 2 months we found they were unable to provide services. We contacted One Internet and they ran the installation in two days. This is the first time we get services up and running in so short amount of time.
