Awful company. Quality of product is poor. I purchased their counter chairs from home depot and the faux leather is peeling off eventhough we hardly use them. Customer service refuse to offer any help citing chairs are beyond warranty (the chairs are over a years old) and that these were discontinued (likely because they know the material used is defective). I didn't pay hundreds of dollars for disposable furniture. Don't waste the trouble and headache. Spend your money elsewhere.

This company may have one of the best customer services in the office furniture industry. I had a problem with a chair mechanism and that jumped right on it. The product works great now. Thank You

The chair arrived in an open box, the parts did not fit, some were missing, some were damaged. It was absolute junk! I called customer service they transferred me to parts where I got voice mail. I called back and was transferred to a manager again voice mail. I sent emails that went un answered. The service is terriable matched only by the low quality products. Waste of money and unable to return - 100% terrible.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Purchased a chair from Costco, all of the parts did not fit. I contacted them, was told to email them. I did, requested part #'s 15 & 17. I received 15, which is a screw that still doesn't fit into part 17. Sent another email, 12 days later no response. Left a voicemail no response. Called and asked for a manager was sent to voicemail no response. This is the worse customer service ever!

I have purchased multiple office chairs from Office Star with lifetime warranties through an authorized reseller. In 2018 I contacted Office Star and issued a warranty claim for the piston in my first chair. They processed the claim and sent out the replacement part. I was pleased enough with the experience that I bought a second chair. This year the piston failed in the second chair. When I reached out to the parts department, Cathleen told me that the chair was discontinued. When I pressed further, she said I could purchase replacement pistons for ~$40 shipped each. If the chair is discontinued, but there are replacement parts, why isn't this covered under the warranty that I already paid for? The foam arms, which are also supposed to be under warranty (although probably not lifetime,) are completely disintegrating. I will likely try to find replacements elsewhere that aren't foam. They wanted more for the arm replacements than the piston. It's not a terrible price for the pistons, so I will probably proceed with the order. The pistons last about 3-4 years it seems. The pistons are listed as part of the lifetime warranty, so I expected that this would be a warranty claim. When pressed, she ignored the question. I have yet to be able to get in contact with the accounting department to process that order. I also see that replacement chairs now come with a five year warranty instead. I wonder what the reduction in warranty time is for? I would not recommend, at this time, doing business with Office Star, although the chairs were made well in other ways.

Giving a 3-star review, but will be updating once I see what the outcome is. I won one of their chairs at a charity event via raffle drawing. However, when I unboxed it, I noticed the cylinder piece was missing. I wrote to their parts department asking if they could just send me the piece. The response I received was "the price for the cylinder is $20.32 + shipping". Now, I know I won this chair in a raffle, but I don't think it's right that they make someone pay for a missing piece because the manufacturer didn't do a final check of the parts that SHOULD be included in the box. I've reached out to the charity host to try and obtain the original proof of purchase, so hopefully, if I can show that this is in fact a mistake on the manufacturer's part they won't make me pay the "$20.32 + shipping". The service & the response isn't horrible, but it did irk me a bit. Will update once I receive their response.

I'm with Brandi on this. If I could give them zero stars I would. If I could give them a negative star rating, I would. I ordered 10 conference chairs from them 6 weeks ago and they still have not been shipped. I've tried reaching them several times about order status and either have to leave a message, which never gets a return call, send an email, which never received a reply, or I actually talk to a customer service rep that tells me they will look into it and call me back, which they never do.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I would never voluntarily choose to shop here but apparently they operate as a vendor for Home Depot. I bought a bedroom set through Home Depot and half the parts were warped or broken. I’ve tried for weeks to get a replacement part and keep getting the run around. I’ve reported them to BBB for fraudulent practices and have also contested the credit card charges with Home Depot due to their sheer negligence. Based on the negative reviews from others, it appears my experience is not unique. Stay away from this company and their products as they clearly do not care about the customer.

I purchased a pneumatic drafting chair by office star thru amazon. The package was missing a part. I made numerous calls to the company to get them to send me the missing part, but they failed todo so. Finally, Amazon, at no cost, sent me a replacement chair. The new chair was missing the same part. Again, I tried repeatedly to get the company to send the missing part, but they never responded.

I had an issue with my chair and I tried to reach out to Office Star, but got disconnected. In my frustration, I voiced my complaint on the BBB's webpage & received a reply back from Michelle at Office Star! I changed my rating to 5 stars because customer service was very responsive & my issue was resolved. I've had my chair for 3 years & it is very comfortable. It was nice knowing that Office Star was prepared to stand behind their product (which has a 15 yr warranty) & try to make it right. Very happy with the outcome!

Emails are bouncing, the website doesn't work. I was in touch with them on and off this summer trying to get assistance with a warrantied replacement part, as the problem I'm having with my office chair is not a simple thing. I finally got to the next step with help from someone else in repairing the chair, and have another part that needs replacing, but I cannot get any assistance with even identifying the replacement parts.

Absolutely ZERO customer service. Ordered a chair on Amazon in July 2021. Chair that was delivered had obviously been repacked. Upon opening many items needed for assembly were either missing or short. It is now late September 2021.I have called the customer service line and was advised to email request along with photos of problems. I did so in August. After three weeks with no response, I emailed again. Another week gone by and no response so I began calling the "customer service" line. I have done so now on 4 occasions and each time the call goes to a voicemail, then to a "customer service" line which rings unanswered. I waited once for over 20 minutes and the call was finally disconnected.Absolutely frustrated with Office Star Products. All I want is the missing parts that will allow me to assemble the chair. No one will talk to me or respond to my continued emails.Pathetic experience. I would highly advise to avoid doing any business with Office Star Products.
