I would not recommend this place to anyone. They do not know what they are doing. I took my jeep there and they changed the oil. I drove it home to Riverside and my roommate said there is a puddle of oil under your car. Yep they did not put on the oil filter right. If I had driven that car anywhere it would have blown the motor. Then what?
Anyway, I will say they did not waste any time picking up my vehicle and making it right. I just do not think they pay attention.

These guys helped me take care of my catalytic converter at a better rate then anyone else did! They are also straight to the point and honest.

Worst mechanic place I have visited. They upcharged the hell out of Monroe struts. They were charging me $300 for one when I could buy it from RockAuto for $130. Charging me $1000 for two front struts is outrageous.

Great fast service. Prices more than reasonable. Old style service station has the old fashioned service to go with it. A few other customers came in while they were working on my van. They were all greeted by name. For me thats a good sign.

We have taken our car here several times over the last 15 years! But we decided to try a new place due to a friend's recommendation my daughter's car needed to be looked at upon taking to the other mechanic they informed me needed a new engine? My daughter was devastated she is only 20 and limited income. We decided to take it for second opinion to Ochoa Brothers which we should have done in the first place they diagnosed it as only needing a water pump! They fixed it same day and ready to go! Both me and my daughter were so happy and we saved thousands of dollars or even considering having to try and buy a new car..

I went to Ralph's last week and this place advertised Smog Checks for $38. I called today and spoke to a gentlemen I believe his name was Abraham. I told him my car needed a smog check and gave him the make and model, he said it would be $38. I told him I lost the receipt if I could still get the price advertised and he said yes. When I walked in a big guy sitting in the "office" told me it would be $45 and I needed the receipt for the $38 price. I tried to explain myself but he had a not so nice/friendly attitude. It's not so much about the $7 difference, it's his attitude that made me turn around and take my business somewhere else.

BEWARE! They told me I needed to replace a very expensive part. Not only did they lie about the part needing to be replaced but they replaced it with a stock part rather than replacing it with the same or equal high performance part I had in my car to begin with. I trusted their word but they took advantage of my trust & ripped me off! I will never ever do business with this shop again.
