The location is always too busy and ATMs are usually out of service. Not sure if they need to hire more people or what it is with this branch, but it's like a big waste of time to just get simple transactions done. The staff are the only good thing about this location.

Navy federal Credit Union. Great branch. I love that you don't have to wait to get your new Debit card in the mail. You can pick it up on the spot at the branch.

NFCU has really gone downhill in the past few years. The door greeter seemed like she didn't want to be there. I think I came on the day the work schedule was being finalized, because all they were worried about was this piece of colored paper being passed around from worker to worker. The little be was getting longer, but the tellers all just pointed and nodded at this paper being shuffled around. It took me over 45 minutes just to verify identity. Ihink it's time to switch banks...

I recently had an unexpected experience at Navy Federal that compelled me to share my thoughts. My account was temporarily frozen due to a potential scam, which turned out to be a false alarm. I visited the bank and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service.From the friendly teller to the welcoming host and the efficient member service department, everyone made my visit worthwhile. Samantha, in particular, stood out with her phenomenal assistance. Although it took a bit longer than expected, I'm grateful that Navy Federal was proactive in protecting my account.In the end, my overall experience was wonderful, and I appreciate the dedication of the staff in ensuring the security of my finances.

Can’t take out more than 500$ , never heard of any branch not having money. At least post it so I don’t waste my time in line. Staff should be nicer when asked why and how long this will be going on. Time to rethink moving to another credit union. Worst is the nearest ones are 15-20 miles away with so much traffic at this time. Signage would help from wasting peoples time!.

The only navy federal I will ever go to now. 5 star treatment and they were so patient, kind, and quick. I needed help with a document which they helped me fill out, correct my account, and gave me a debit card. I went to the West Covina location which required extra paperwork I did not need. I am so thankful they were able to help me and recommend to everyone now.
