Ever time I come to Moreno's they help me almost immediately! I never have to wait long once I arrive. I've come here 3 different years and every year they have proven to be incredibly professional, patient, kind and educational. I live in the San Fernando valley but happily make the drive because they are WORTH IT!! They are honest and transparent. Whether you have a W9 or 1099, they have always been able to help get me money back while teaching me best practices for the next year. I used to go to H&R Block but Moreno's is night and day different. It is a family-run business, which is wonderful to see the legacy in this organization. I do recommend arriving earlier in the day to avoid longer lines.

This business doesn't know what they are doing they made me loose over $7,000 because they file my taxes incorrectly. Never come here worst place that will make you loose money and bad customer service.

I had the worst experience with the customer service. I had a tax question about a living trust that Joe Moreno did not know, and he never got back to me with an answer. I called to get my taxes done. I drove from San Bernardino toOntario because the receptionist told me to come now. When I got there, Joe said he was not able to do my taxes. We made an appt. For 5 o'clock. He was with a client. He started working with a client before us. Then at 5:30, another client came in. He said he was going to see her before us. I told him we were here first. After waiting an hour, he told us that he could not do our taxes. He stated he does not make appointments. If that was the case, we were there before the other twoHe made a mistake on our taxes last year. Joe Moreno is incompetent, rude. Worst experience and very unprofessional.

The only place I trust for all my Documents this is a one stop shop honestly my first time here was about five or six years ago after that it was the only place I go to I live in Oregon I email them all my stuff they make it simple and fast no hassle if I could give this place another five stars I would.
