Only power tools bought are milwaukee and dewalt. Youre lucky i gave you 3 stars. I was gonna bring in a makita 3/8 impact and a ridged compact 3/8. I dont play with fisher price ryobi. Just goes to show how knowledgable you are about tools considering milwaukee and ryobi are owned by the same HONG KONG company. With this kind of knowledge youre better off buying new than paying for over priced used tools. Took off an extra star for the brand fangirl attitude in your response. These are tools. Not an Apple product. Act accordingly.

Have been here multiple times to loan out my belongings. I don't know why people be talking smack about the staff. The two people that work the front are both serious, professional, and business oriented men/women. This is a pawn shop not a fast food place. Thanks guys for helping me out when I need a little extra $$$ to make ends meet.

I have come here for years because I know that they provide great customer service. They also give me a good loan for products I bring here. I would recommend coming here than other pawn shops because they offer you more options and money. As a plus, they also have great stuff if you need to buy something for great prices.

They have everything and more! Found some amazing snowboarding boots. Highly recommend for musicians, adventurous people needing supplies, jewelry lovers and everyone in between. Very fair pricing and high quality products. Amazing customer service!

Out of the many shops like this in the area in my experienced opinion this is the shop that gets my business. There have been several times i have found myself in need of a loan and unlike most shops who loan the least when I bring in the most collateral, I feel I get the most bang for my buck. The crew at the front desk are always helpful and willing to work with you. If you think they are not , then it's more than likely not them but YOU that talked your way out of your own loan or discount. I suggest being friendly when you walk in the door. Say hello. Ask questions first and shop there or loan there on a regular basis if possible. Build a relationship. If you follow the suggestions I just laid down, more than likely you'll never have a problem getting that loan you wanted at the price You asked, or top dollar on the item you are selling. Being nice and friendly can take you far. Overall, this is one of the best shops in the area. Try them out. I cant say that I've ever walked out of there feeing like I gave my stuff away or needing more money. If I need pawn services they are my first stop these days.

I came in here once to check out some guitars and when I walked in I wasn't even greeted. Two associates glanced at me but didn't bother asking if I needed help. There's another pawn shop close to this one that offered better customer service.
