Theres a torta that works there. She's very obese she kind of looks like an ogre like shrek with eyelashes. I don't know what her problem is but she's very rude not only is she ugly on the outside she's ugly on the inside. It's really hard to look at her ugly face and her huge belly that dangles over her knees But to have to deal with her bad attitude is ridiculous. You think considering how disgusting she looks she would have a better personality but maybe it's because The only thing that pokes her is the needle she uses for her insulin to control her diabetes.

Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 hours for a 90 day inspection so they could tell me that the only dot inspector cant do my inspection!!!! Because he can't do overtime!!!! Worst place!!!!

My husband got a flat tire on the 405 in Irvine. Daniel showed up and changed his tire in record time. Daniel was my angel that saved my man from being stuck on the freeway. Thank you Daniel. You ROCK!

Unfriendly to truckers. I just wanted to get lunch. They want you to get a parking permit to eat lunch. That BS !!! Next exit down is Burger Town with all home cooked food. Screw TA

The service is extremely slow. Breaks seem to be more important than performing the repairs. It apparently take 2 mechanics and a clerk to put together an estimate for another driver. It is over 7 hours to replace 3 tires and a hub seal and they still not done.

The guy in the hot food/coffee area is a scamming, lying wuss. Told my wife that the hot chocolate options was $1.61 for a small, $1.71 for a medium and $1.82 for a large, then turned around and charged us $1.99+tax for a coffee. Wife got somewhat upset, considering the fact about what he said and charged, and he called the security guard because the extent of the conversation between him and my wife was my wife asking upsetly why he's charging us for a coffee when we got a hot chocolate and, instead of looking inside the cup and actually seeing the hot chocolate, or taking our word for it, he acts like a a cowardly 4 year old and called security with whom asks my wife to leave the premises because she called the cashier out on what he was doing. As the security guard was "escorting" my wife out, I go to pay. I give the cashier $3 (since the total was $2.04 after tax), and he says I only gave him $2. I told him that I know I gave him $3, because I counted it out and I separated it from the rest of my money and I know what I gave him, because I'm not some d*** guy who's not good with money or numbers. After about 5 seconds of arguing with him, I told him it's not worth arguing over the almost dollar he owes me, and I figured it wasn't worth going to jail for clocking the smug sh!t either. The rest of cashiers the TA may be ok, just stay away from that area when the baby faced kinda chubby white guy that gets his feelings hurt too easily is working, which, I assume is during the 9 pm hour, which is when we were in.

Just was there yesterday on my way to drop off my daughter to school. She insisted to eat here thinking that TA has combined Taco Bell & Pizza Hut fast food place like in some tourist places. But I was wrong. TA has separate fast food restaurants under the same roof and they are damn expensive compared to separate locations nearby. Just bought Spicy Tostada from Taco Bell. It is priced as $0.99 at other Taco Bell's. But this place took it to the highest limit by charging $2.59 (150% profit). I bought Garlic Bread Sticks also from Pizza Hut. I assume they over charged me for that also. I am not a Truck Driver, just a car driving customer.

This property is the worst truck stop I've seen. You can expect to pay for parking, shower in old, poorly maintained showers with poor temperature control on the water, and be treated like you owe them something from the moment you arrive. Also, watched security ask a family who was resting in the middle of a long drive, to leave in the middle of the night. I get that you don't want homeless people sleeping there all night,...but this was a family on vacation who just wanted to rest a while. I talked to them and tried to help them find a nearby rest stop. Unfortunately, truck stops in LA kinda have that, "Screw you" attitude unless you come to give us money, and even then,...you get sub standard treatment. Travel Center of America?! Yeah, do Americans a favor and stop using us in your name. Crappy truck stop all around.

There is no ice in the fountain machine at all. Two of the coffees are out. Taco Bell overcharging customers. These folks take advantage of truckers with limited options. If you have other options dont stop here! Awful customer service and people just dont care!

Supposed to be a multi restaurant truck stop with gas station and mini mart, yet they don't even offer WiFi???!!! Also be aware that the taco bell, pizza hut and subway located here are pricier than the norm and don't have the specials that the normal establishments. The food wasn't any better or different prices were just higher
