Purchased a couple things and was overpriced.
The girl couldn’t remember if the bag fee was 20 cents or 22 cents for one small bag.
Will definitely not come back to this store.

Their exchange/refund policy is ridiculous! They only allow 7 days for all merchandise, and sale items are final. The products are cute but cheaply made and overpriced. I don’t recommend Miniso ???

Tried to do a return for a mug ☕️ within 7 days period in unused conditions, the manager refused to do the return because I applied for their company rewards program which their cashier introduced to me to save $1 on my purchase. To save a $1 Lost $15 for something regretted buying even on the receipt it doesn’t say anything about that. Not going there anymore keep the money you guys lost a customer. This company is a Chinese corporation they don’t have a customer service line in the US, I tried calling the number on the website they speak only Chinese, if products have issues or customer wants to complain you are stuck in the middle. I don’t recommend this store, don’t try to pay using your card they might steal your information and sell it.

This store has lots of unique gift items such as plushies, anime figurines, and popular Japanese merchandise. There are also retro items from Snoopy, Care Bears, Star Wars and more. The merch in the store changed seasonally, so it is always fun to check it out to see what's new. Lots of unique cute trinkets that are not found in other stores.

Unbearable to walk around in here because of how hot it is. An employee told me the air conditioning has been broken for months… I feel bad for the workers, they always look so hot and miserable and sweaty in here. I don't know how anyone can survive 5 minutes inside this place. Definitely do not recommend shopping in here unless you can deal with desert heat.

Store is always being moved around, which is so annoying. I want things to be in the same spot so I can remember where to go… Lots of overpriced items as well.

The store is very nice and what they have but the attitude of the sellers is insufferable. Yesterday we went to buy things there but everyone, especially an African-American girl who was at the checkout, had a very bad attitude but in general everyone had the same face. Let's remember that in Most of them are children who buy their products, obviously the parents pay but with that attitude, no thanks, there are more stores where they treat you better for YOUR money.

Cheap animae bobbles, and overpriced everything now. Not worth it anymore. The innovative items are gone. 5 below stocks the same stuff for waaaaaayyy cheaper.
