After sitting in my car for a few minutes, I walked up, and Melissa greeted me. We talked about the car I liked, and after the test drive, I knew I wanted the car! Sarah the finance lady was just as helpful! I really loved my other car "Marilyn Monroe," we had a good run and now it's time for Ella Fitzgerald to hang with me for the next chapters...I recommend Mini in Ontario, CA!

I recently bought a certified pre-owned Mini at this dealership and had the most positive experience with Morgan. She came prepared for my visit by bringing the car I was interested in into the showroom so we could take it out on a test drive upon arrival. She was very knowledgeable about all the features, car servicing, and brand. The whole process was straightforward and seemless. There was no unnecessary haggling or mind games involved as is common at most other dealerships. I’m super happy with my purchase and recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a Mini.

I had searched all over California for a reasonably priced newer Honda Civic and never thought I’d find one at Mini Cooper of Ontario. However, meeting Morgan completely changed my expectations. She was incredibly helpful throughout the car buying process. After a terrible experience at another dealership, Morgan was a breath of fresh air. She assisted me quickly, and within minutes, everything was approved, and I was able to travel down to pick up the vehicle.
Having purchased multiple vehicles from various dealerships before, this was by far the least stressful experience I’ve ever had. Although I’m not typically into Mini Coopers, I would gladly buy another car from Morgan in the future. She even went as far as mailing me cute covers to place on the back of my seats so my little ones wont ruin them! Thank you so much, Morgan, for making this process smooth and helping my family and me. I will forever be grateful.

Melissa and Samantha have been wonderful to work with and very accommodating. The entire trade in and new vehicle process went very smoothly with no issues. They have been great to work with and are still helping us get familiar with the new vehicle and l the new features.

Morgan (sales rep) and Samantha (manager) were both were both great and provided excellent customer service.
My wife and I were going back and forth in our minds about purchasing our 1st Mini and Morgan wad courteous and patient with us.
Samantha provided us with different finance options and never pressured us.
When we finally decided to move forward, the whole experience was pleasant and straight forward.
We purchased the vehicle under MSRP in today's market and qualified for a decent APR.
There were not any markups on the new 2025 Mini and no dealer added useless features.
Being at the dealership, you just felt relaxed and at ease.
After the purchase, Morgan went over the majority of the features with us and also followed up with us to see how everything is going.
I would absolutely purchase through them again.

I recently bought out my lease on my beloved MINI and everyone at MINI of Ontario was so incredibly helpful. Melissa Duarte helped me all week secure a loan despite my challenging credit and I was so happy to be able to complete the buyout. Every step of the experience, from an oil change and fixing some recalls with the service department, to finance, to sales was not only smooth but pleasant. They had a borrow car available so we could go grab a bite to eat while they serviced and detailed the car, and surprised me with the bow! It was SUCH a good experience and I am so grateful.
