I went to the michael kors outlet that's in ontario mills. I was walking around to see what they have. And when I was looking at a nice watch one employee did good service asking me nicely if I will like to see the watch. Then he took it out from the box. And when he gave it to me so I can get a good look at the watch i saw that it looks nice with all the diamonds that it has. And I asked him about the discounts and he did good service letting me know that thy have diferent discounts every week. And I liked that they had the store nice and clean too.

don't expect to be treated well if you try to make returns two days passed the 30 day return policy. fortunately I was able to make an exchange but not after being lectured by someone that takes her job entirely too seriously. I returned products that were still being sold in brand new condition with tags that MK will still be able to sell.Rather than accomodating an equal return as shown from the proof of purchase, the supervisor made sure to only credit my exchange with the lowest selling value.when you treat your customers poorly, you are eliminating possibility for future business. well done stinky.

Employees are so helpful! I greatly appreciate their effort in creating a fun and exciting experience while simply browsing through the store. I always end up grabbing at least one thing before walking out. Thanks to a good customer service!

I felt as if I was being watched in all directions as I browsed through the store. Staff judges you off what you have on or look like and based on how you're dressed. I've come before with full makeup on and business attire after work and was treated completely differently. Just sad that this staff represents "Michael Kors". Ended up shopping at coach going forward.

I walked in this Michael Kors Outlet, knowing what I wanted with the price in mind after perusing online. Looked around and didn't see the bag I wanted, so I asked a sales gentleman and he told me they were out of stock and whatever was on the floor was what they have. Browsed around and I couldn't pass up the sale and additional discounts on their bags! I was helped by Jimena (sp?) and an Asian lady. My hands were full and Jimena brought me a shopping bag, helping me look for matching wallets also. While I was in line, I noticed the bag I wanted behind the register. I asked the cashier if it was for sale. She asked the other cashier if it, being a newly returned item, was available for purchase and it was. When she rang the bag up, it was at retail price! I was like "ok, I'll take it"--I wanted it that bad! However, I showed her the outlet price from my phone and she said that since it was probably purchased from a retail store, it would be the retail price. I then asked if the outlet price can be honored, for it was the exact design and size. So, she inquired and the same gentleman scanned the tag for online confirmation and granted the outlet price adjustment! My damage was controlled, LOL! I walked out with what I wanted and much, much more!

So I tried to get into this line some how this past trip, I just don't get the hype about 'Michael Kors.' My fashion sense starts at Kate Spade and goes to YSL, Tiffany for Designer brands. I stayed here browsing for their merchandise offers, but I came to find out they were all similar to what Coach offers. So I already got tired of Coach, I've upped a notch using Kate Spade which I don't get tired of wearing. Glad you are here, but I can't get into MK. I don't get the hype either? Very organized store though from the 1/2 hour I spent here taking pics. Couldn't find anything I may be able to use. Not for me.
