Went here and bought a phone and paid for it, only to be told they could not activate it because I had recently activated another phone. The employee then said call your bank and dispute the transaction and would not.let.me have the phone I just paid for. I attempted what he said and my bank charged me anyways. Now my account shows I own that phone and it is activated yet I don't have the device!! The two men here tried to call a female for help but told me I had to come back another day.... I live 100 miles from this location and stopped by during a work trip. They rip you off.

I went to this Metro and had gotten help from a rep named Brianna and she helped me get a new line installed to a phone I brought into the store and she continued to help me setup my phone all around great customer service would highly recommend going to this store!

Probably the most ignorant customer service I've ever experienced, literally had no idea what they were talking about and sent me out the door with my phone connected to 3G when it's a 5G phone ?

Manager Crystal has the worst customer service!!! Instead of helping me she yelled in front of other customers and lost her temper.. very sad that hire these kind of people as Managers.
