Basel is hands down the most incredible phone sales rep ever! I came in with my mother in law on a Sunday morning to report a lost phone. Unfortunately, my mother in law had forgotten her photo ID at home and all the information regarding her account. Basel took his time to help us and was very patient. With his above and beyond customer service we were able to obtain a new phone. I've been to several phone locations and I've been turned down several times due to missing information. This was the first time I have experienced a helpful phone service rep. I am very thankful that Basel was there to help us. Without his help we would have not been able to a get phone over the weekend. Thank you Basel for your help and patience.

The customer service was awful no help what's so ever so he said go to the metro store...I thought I was at a metro store...5pm Friday don't go at this time.the guy there doesn't help you!

I had never felt so upset at employees that are suppose to help the customers. Buying a new phone is hard at first they made it easy of course they want the sale. The manager was never around to speak to him personally about the situation. I wanted to buy a better phone and they refused to sell it to me after they told me they would exchange it for me. Never will I go there I rather drive further to get better custome service i give then a 0.

I came in and asked to reload my phone with minutes and the sales man just look at me with a nasty look. I tried my keep my cool without showing my disbelief. I tried explaining a different way and all I got what that I had a wrong number so I thanked him and walked away disappointed. Stay away if your serious about making business this this store.
