Bad, very bad, how is it possible that they want to sell it outside? I bought my phone for 156, the worker told me that it cost a total of 120. In the end, she charged me 250 dollars. She put the cover on some audio for my ears, the screen cover, that I have that good included in the phone number 30 only through Aser the change of number all separate he never told me or asked me if I wanted the advice and when I asked for Aser a payment if you don't fill the exact amount you realized that it can't help you the truth is I don't have to give my money away They return my money or I'll have problems. The worker has already returned and ignored me. She didn't want to help me if I don't have a response from yesterday, I'm going to file a lawsuit. I have videos and evidence so I'm changing staff.

Worse experience than running out of toilet paper once you've already sat on the toilet. I say this with the most respect of anyone that works retail or the service industry bc that's been me - if you close earlier than the hours posted, update the hours you close! I was just trying to pay a bill for my parents and have a different service provider, but showed up before they closed based on the posted hours. The employee had already closed, saw me standing there, and told me "we're closed... sorry." I then replied with the hours posted and they were like " no, we're closed. " I'm sure it's slow on a Saturday Night, but if the business says certain hours then keep those hours, if not, update the hours and this confusion doesn't happen. The employee at least told me I can pay online and that's why it's a 2 star and not a 1 star. Still a bummer.

Lucia is a superstar! I came here on Feb. 4th to get a new phone and to transfer all my data and Lucia was so incredibly sweet and patient with me. She was wonderful, even after I changed my mind several times! She had an amazing sense of humor and never seemed annoyed or hurried. She also was amazing to my 3 young kids who had to sit and wait for a long time while their mom shopped for a phone. She talked to my daughter about her ballet class, engaged the kids in conversation and made the whole experience great. I am so accustomed to poor customer service these days, that when I receive service this good, I am compelled to share my experience. Will definitely be back!

Went to port my number from Cricket, sales rep lied to me about prices. Phone was free rate plan $60 activation fee $25.00 taxes $39.00 total $124.00 if the phone is free taxes $39.00 $60 rate plan minus $30 ACP $25 activation $95 tried to scam me and add insurance in other things

The worst customer service experience I've had. I was made to feel stupid because I didn't know how to transfer data from my broken phone to my new one, when the whole point of me going was to do so. Johnathan is the employee who "helped" me but he was totally unprofessional, making jokes with his coworker on how long I was going to take them with my needs, he suggested they set up "camping". He also told his coworker very sarcastically, "oh I don't mind being here all night, I love my customers," then went in to complain about customers coming in last minute expecting to be helped. When I described what the other store I went to did for me in transferring data he argued over the terminology over it, like I cared, I just needed that action done. When he initially switched over service and I was leaving I noticed all my contacts and apps weren't transferred so I went back in, he rolled his eyes and told me I had to MANUALLY but them all in, I asked him to help me set up transfer and he did it with attitude asking if I had over 2,000 photos in my phone because it would take "forever". It was then that I realized that after he changed the service to the new phone he was moving to factory reset my old phone and I had to ask him to stop and show me what he was doing, he huffed and showed me, then hesitated, finger over the reset button, then just handed it to me and said, "when you're ready hit this button". I didn't understand until I walked out after that that my photos and contacts WERE STILL ONLY IN THAT PHONE AND HE NEARLY DELETED ALL OF THEM AND ME NOT KNOWING ALMOST DELETED THEM ALL MYSELF! He was making side shots and dropping lugs of how annoying the customers were and here I am, a customer. I will never go there again. I advise everyone else not to, and hopefully Metro/T-mobile can "reset" the staff at that location.

I have a had an account with metro pc for years. And just found a better deal with t mobile which bought metro pc. So I switched my account to t mobile. Since I paid my bill on the 26 of april I called metro to request a refund for balance of unused service or a credit. I was informed that metro does not refund of give credit for any unused days. This is a very bad policy now a days. So I will let people know stay away from metro they are underhanded and sneaky business company. I will make sure I tell all my friends and family to steer clear of metro pc

Store 562. Just went in this morning to pay bill,young lady very rude & unprofessional. 3/23/21.........Can't stand Millennials. Think their grown but in so many ways still immature. Smh. Will never visit that metro location again.

Went in today to Know what the process was to replace my cracked phone ( I have Insurance )the girl working there Luciana or Something like that was VERY rude she did not greet me and was dealing with 2 customers at a time ( she had an attitude with both of us )once I told her why I was there she did not tell me what to do or what exactly to say ( she just said you have to call and gave me a flyer and walked away). I confronted her by telling her we weren’t done and she was being rude and she laughed ... I’ve been to this store multiple times and all the young ladies are so sweet! This is fersure not a good asset Worst customer service.

Maria tried to scam me by charging me for cell phone cover and glass protector like $17 each Then she staples my receipt to bag and I asked her why so much she said she's charging me for activation and taxes $112 and when I opened up the receipt it showed she charge me for a glass protector and case wow why would I want to pay that I can get that s*** at five below so beware of Maria scam artist gets paid commission she needs a real job
