We pretty much were told to order a phone on line which tells you to come to a store. So we just went to another metro location that wanted to actually do their job. It was Two guys in there as well with no customers. I guess we intruded their kissing session.

This store has poor service. Rude employees as well. I asked an employee a question and they answered me with such a rude attitude. Don't recommend coming here.

Honestly this store had GREAT service. Everyone was so friendly and saved me a lot of money even when I didn’t ask them to. So go to this specific store if you want to save money and be treated nicely. Hands down 10/10 ??

Came here to leave a review for Destany! I came in just looking for an upgrade and she had me in and out in less than a half hour. Verizon could never! She made sure that I really understood everything and was incredibly nice about everything.

I stepped on my phone and had to buy a new one, there was a wonderful person, Destiny that helped me out tremendously? She synced my phones together!

I have a had an account with metro pc for years. And just found a better deal with t mobile which bought metro pc. So I switched my account to t mobile. Since I paid my bill on the 26 of april I called metro to request a refund for balance of unused service or a credit. I was informed that metro does not refund of give credit for any unused days. This is a very bad policy now a days. So I will let people know stay away from metro they are underhanded and sneaky business company. I will make sure I tell all my friends and family to steer clear of metro pc

So I went today to see if they could placed an order for a phone of their website that I wanted while I was talking to her she just keeped saying ok ok ok ok just to tell me they can't do that which makes no sense !? Cause other phone places do that when they don't have the fone in stock so I went to the metro by San Antonio next to Subway tell me why I called ND I asked em if they could places any order for me and they say yes ND they even surprised me saying they had one in stock I even told them what happen ND they pretty much told me that wasn't right ND someone at this store doesn't have customers services which I agreed too

Maria tried to scam me by charging me for cell phone cover and glass protector like $17 each Then she staples my receipt to bag and I asked her why so much she said she's charging me for activation and taxes $112 and when I opened up the receipt it showed she charge me for a glass protector and case wow why would I want to pay that I can get that s*** at five below so beware of Maria scam artist gets paid commission she needs a real job

Don't go there the short girl with glasses has a attitude problem.she coudnt help me .she was on her phone ..she told me that if I didn't wait to go to another store...and I did.....there service is not good...the girls there have no customer service.

I wouldn't even give this place a single star but unfortunately I have to.... The staff working there are complete imbeciles and are giving metro a bad name hopefully someone with a brain and sense will read this and remove those two idiot women that work there... they were super rude couldn't help me with the new phone I Purchased and then forgot to charge me the correct amount then had the nerve to call me back and tell me that I paid the wrong amount....which if she was doing her job that wouldn't have happened. All and all there are so many more metros stores avoid going to this one, that it is all ....
