I recently visited Mercedes Benz of Ontario for a same-day appointment to address a recall notice on my car, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted promptly and assisted right away. My service advisor Matzi was efficient and courteous, informing me that the service would take a maximum of 1.5 to 2 hours. While waiting for my car, I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities provided. The showroom is impeccably clean, and they offer a range of refreshments including water, coffee, and fruits. Additionally, the comfortable massage chairs made the wait even more enjoyable. Overall, Mercedes Benz of Ontario exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service and comfortable environment. They also do a complementary car wash after each service. I highly recommend this dealership and Service advisor Matzi to anyone in need of service for their Mercedes Benz vehicle. My Personal Rating : 4.9 Service 5/5 Staff 5/5 Price 4.5/5 Ambiance 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5

BEWARE!!! Sadly my experience with FJ Mercedes of Ontario has changed and turned into a NIGHTMARE. 6 years ago I purchased a brand new vehicle *in cash* and a few weeks later it started giving me several issues. I took the vehicle to the service department to let them know my concerns, and I was met with pretty aggressive gaslighting. I expressed my fear that the vehicle was a LEMON; also my fear that one day it would cost me my life, and it almost did! One of the many manufacturer defects the car had is the sensors; the accident prevention sensors would detect "a vehicle" and abruptly stomp the breaks. This happened repeatedly on the freeway, with cars behind me. After a year of bringing the issues up with the service department, foreman, GM; it finally happened and I was severely injured when the vehicle came to a hard stop without warning, with nothing/no-one in-front and I was rear-ended. The car "detected" a vehicle that wasn't there. I'm lucky to still be alive; even though my injuries were severe and left me with a large scar. Now, I know Mercedes of Ontario aren't responsible for the manufacture defects. But, they are responsible for their response and the way they handled my VALID concerns along with their treatment towards me afterwards; which is very distasteful. Since my unfortunate incident, MBUSA did repurchase the vehicle and deemed it a LEMON. Turns out the vehicle's multiple sensors, axles, ball bearings, suspension, pano-roof, handsfree access, and electrical wiring were all defective. Unfortunately, no one at the FJ service department listened to my concerns; if they would have, perhaps it would have saved me from a lot of unnecessary hardships and injuries. Now, after this whole ordeal when I was about to be left without transportation and the vehicle was due for surrender, I reached out to FJ - Mercedes of Ontario to give them the opportunity to make things right, see if they could help me find a safe vehicle that met my needs and wants. But, do you think they tried to help get me in to a new vehicle? a safe vehicle? NO. Instead, when I went in to get a brand new build, built (which they suggested) I was placed with a young man that tried to push a used vehicle or older model on me, instead of helping me build the car I was interested in. I was there to build a brand new vehicle (with no issues, hopefully), as I still love this make of cars even after what happened. I love their comfort, and I know it was an unfortunate, unforeseen circumstance; Although prolonged by the FJ service department by not listening to my concerns. Perhaps if they would have listened and escalated my concerns to MBUSA, maybe, just maybe, all this ordeal could have been prevented before I ended up injured? I remember their foreman or service manager (can't remember his title, have to look up our email thread) once told me it was provably human error... Implying I was perhaps the reason for all the issues... YES, He really did! You know how some men think "Women" can't drive or figure out a vehicle... yup! That's what was implied, SMH. Yet, 5 years later, and a huge scar later; turns out I was right all along and at no fault of my own! So, here we are, car-less, left without transportation, trying to get myself into a safe, reliable vehicle since September (6 months ago) and no one at Fletcher Jones has been able or willing to assist me on a build, checking whats on the water, or in production; so I can secure a vehicle. 'CASH BUYER' once again, left without a vehicle; Offering my business once more and my hard earned money, GIVING THE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE IT RIGHT, and I'm met with silence; it's like they want to fully wash their hands of it all... when they KNOW they could have handled it differently and saved me from a lot of stress, anxiety, injury, and hardships by taking the time to LISTEN. THE BEST OR NOTHING... has definitely taken on a new meaning with them, NOTHING is truly what I received!!! I purchased the 2018 vehicle back in

This is a review for service. I purchased a c43 amg and glc300 in Newport Fletcher Jones and was hoping the service in Ontario would be exemplary. I am happy to report that they are amazing here! They have a beautiful waiting area and clean bathrooms. They recently added massage chairs. Ask for Christian Lopez in service. He is incredible!

I have a Mercedes Sprinter that has open recalls. I went on google maps and found the number for this dealership. Gave them the VIN and made an appointment. I arrived and they said they don't work on vans and I need to go to Riverside. Mercedes makes like 10 vehicles total and to not work on one of them especially for recalls is absurd. I couldn't imagine getting turned away at Chevy or Ford. Highly recommend to avoid this location because once you buy the vehicle you're not their problem anymore.

Customer service is exceptional. The available packages to take care of the car are beyond the car - taking care of the customer. Sam was great (he even got us food on top of a great deal). Definitely recommend Fletcher Jones, specifically this dealership, and of course Sam. The Team is great. Everything is on point.Great peer interaction and definitely the sense that customer is first prevails.
