sometimes the sales here are so good, it makes me wonder if this stuff was stolen. 2 pack of Milwaukee 6ah high output batteries for $100. no other vendor has ever even come close to that price. this is just one example. i bought lots of cool stuff herenever had my order cancelled. some other vendors list "deals" hold the money for a week then cancel a whole bunch of orders. never seen it happen here

I received a cordless trimmer with 2 batteries. Only one battery works. I contacted them 2 times for a replacement battery with no response. The trimmer is very good. I need the second battery that I paid for. Evidently they don’t address problems or complaints.

Unreasonable and idiotic company that does not consider customer expectations or client satisfaction. Max Tools will try to make their problem yours. With so many other companies to do business with, I'm will not have the same experience twice. Good Riddance and I'll be sure my future purchases are not from this company. Your policies are outdated and reflect poor judgement and lack of common sense and are ignorant to the modern age. You've lost what could have been a good customer that just found out your company existed. Even after calling I couldn't obtain a reasonable resolution. Max Tools, a big disappointment, thanks for absolutely nothing.

Worts online purchase, first a last from this brand. I’m still dealing with fuel tank issues.1. Generator has a fuel tank leak2. When requested a new FT, associate sent wrong FT.3. Trying to get a hold of Anthony Ex. 216, always sends my call to his voicemail.
