The price on the sign and what rang up at the register were off . When asked why they said oh it's certain colors, ok so what colors. They show us the colors which surprise still ring up at the wrong cost. We asked for the advertised price to be honored. They didn't and we went to American Eagle got better jeans at a lower cost. Never shop here!

Hours of operation posted as opening at 10am drove a distance to get here. Once here at 10:30 lights just came on and looks like she’s counting in the register sees me and does not acknowledge me. If you can’t open at 10am change your hours to 11am and don’t waste everyone’s time, just like your companies my time is valuable too!! I have to stick around because of the drive otherwise I would just leave! Update: apparently hours of operation is 11am but the web states 10am, I don’t believe for one minute that the staff at this location nor the supervisors will make any attempt to correct the hours on the web. They just don’t care about the inconvenience of the customer only for themselves!

Good selection and stock, definitely coming back when I need jeans or pants. Fan of Lucky Brand pants, they look great, fit nicely, and wear well.

They have two dressing rooms that are open for trying on clothing.
I came here to do a return which they did very fast and I also ended up buying a new pair of corduroy pants. Friendly service.
Only issue I have is that they didn’t have many options for ‘long’ pants.
