Stephanie and Jasmin both were outstanding! Jasmin came to our house to measure and draw up a floor plan to give us the best optimizationfor our furniture needs. We opted just for the couch for the time being, it was low pressure, very casual, and friendly. It is exactly what I would expect of a higher end reputable brand such as La-Z-Boy to be. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve been looking at furniture for a while and just couldn’t find the right piece to bring it all together, then I stopped in at Lazy Boy. Saw the sign and made quick turn to go in, I was not planning to go there. I looked around and sat in many chairs, looking for a swivel glider, then I spotted this one!! I was drawn to it like a beacon and it’s a perfect sit!! It was 50% off, the fabric was glorious and it was very comfortable. Karen who was helping me said they had just gotten it in, it was meant to be! One of those things you know you can’t live without! So happy I found this chair!!

Jasmine was very helpful in choosing our TV and living room furniture. The complimentary home visit really helped us visualize our purchase. Jasmine measured the areas and created a rendering to make sure everything fit properly.

I am thoroughly pleased with my experience purchasing furniture at LA-Z Boy. I knew the chair models I wanted and decided on the couch model at the store. Our sales rep, Patricia saved me from ordering the standard boomer matching couch and chairs. She brought fabrics over, she answered questions, she let me talk on and on, and she showed my husband and I a combo (couch and chair colors) that I LOVED. She was lovely. She then referred us to Jasmine, their in house designer, who came to our home, talked to us about color, furniture/accessory size and placement, rugs, everything. Then produced CG images of our livingroom with our chosen furniture and fabrics, tables (which we loved!). We purchased two recliners, a sofa, coffee and side tables, and pillows. We stayed within budget, there was no hard sell at all from either Patricia or Jasmine. It was fun! Our son, even came with us and he had fun. Patricia and Jasmine, you surpassed my expectations! Thank you SO much, I can’t wait to see it all in the room.
