Unbelievably exceptional customer service! I am so impressed by this company! Tim, the sales associate, went out of his way to help me find what I needed. I’m in Las Vegas and everything was done over the phone and through texting. Their products are superb quality and prices are very reasonable. You won’t be disappointed!!

Our 15 year old rattan recliners from King's Rattan were getting tired so we went on line and made an appointment to visit the showroom in Ontario, CA. It was an hour and a half from Vista but totally worth it. Tim was very helpful, friendly, and professional. We ordered two recliners, three sets of replacement cushion backs and seats for our rattan couch, plus four replacement seat cushions, all the same fabric. We were given an estimated delivery of about five days which we thought was remarkable and were surprised to get the call that they were ready for delivery two days later. They all fit perfectly, look amazing, and we are so happy with this entire purchase. Thank you Tim and King's Rattan

We own a second home on the central coast and had original rattan from 1987 which was looking older and our newer rattan from 2000 was in OK shape but the cushions had faded. We decided to invest in all new furniture. Our main home is in San Diego so we decided to visit King's Rattan showroom in Ontario. I had contacted a sales associate, Tim, ahead of time to make sure we could see the Concord and Sunrise collections. Tim was very helpful and brought out all of the furniture in the honey finish. We were impressed with the quality of the rattan, the choice of fabric, and the fact that Kings Rattan imports the furniture direct from Asia. Tim worked with us to find a good price for all of the furniture along with delivery to Cambria. We were lucky that a container ship had just been confirmed for docking in Long Beach the next week. We were able to confirm delivery for our next trip to the house. We purchased 4 bar stools and a 6 person dinner table set from the Concord collection and 2 lounge chairs, 2 end tables, a coffee table, a loveseat and an ottoman in the Sunrise collection. The furniture arrived within the quoted timeframe and luckily I was able to hire some young guys to unbox the new furniture and install it. We are extremely pleased with Kings Rattan! The quality of the furniture is excellent! Rattan furniture is an investment, but I believe that the price we paid at Kings Rattan was very good compared to a lot of online companies and it's wonderful to go in person and visit their showroom. I highly recommend Kings Rattan!

My King's Rattan sales associate Tim was such a super nice guy who was more than helpful in a circumstance that was beyond their control (ie. lack of communication with delivery service company and my instructions for delivery as I work) The furniture even with redelivery that was required, was, in Perfect condition because this company takes pride in making sure their product was wrapped (let me say thoroughly doesn't even describe the perfection of the wrap job) . Tim was there guiding me every step of the way. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants some fine quality furniture and customer service and delivered in a perfect state with NO flaws whatsoever (my husband ever so picky)! I was very impressed and will buy all of my furniture for now on with this company! AND I am in Florida so even more impressive their service!

A++ Customer Service!Before purchasing, a King's Rattan associate was super helpful in letting me know which fabrics were currently available and also in confirming the line of chair/couch I wanted was also available (1-2 weeks out they said). Being able to visit the showroom to make sure I liked the feel of the cushions was great! Plus the added info explained about the two types of fabric I was looking at and the different type of care needed really helped me make my decision. I put in my order online at kingrattan.com and everything was delivered within a week!After receiving the items I discovered an unfortunate manufacturing defect on the couch, and called the office. I was promptly helped, and after a quick email showing the damage, they had Eric come out right away. He picked up my frame and returned same day with a new one!

Can't say enough good things about King's Rattan. Tim responded promptly to a number of inquiries about the product, and when the fabric i originally ordered was out of stock, helped me choose a good alternative. That done, my Sumbrella Steamer Chair cushion was made, shipped and delivered in just a few days. The cover is great, and best of all they are made to order right here in California. And the price was competitive with, possibly lower than Wayfair, Amazon, etc. I highly recommend them.

We had been haunting furniture stores and consignment shops for weeks looking for the perfect "Tommy Bahama-ish" dining set. After several frustrating missteps, we found King's Rattan on the Internet, and loved the sets displayed on their page. We took the 2 Hour drive to their display space, and found a number of sets that would do, and one that was perfect. Tim was knowledgeable and helpful and walked us through the various fabric choices, prices and discounts. We went back home and placed the order on their webpage, and picked a delivery date about a week out. Bottom line is we got top-quality rattan furniture for a fraction of the prices we had seen anywhere else.

I just received my beautiful rattan dining set from King's Rattan in Ontario. It's a 2 hour drive to Carlsbad and the delivery was on time and the furniture was wrapped very well to protect it. I was so impressed with the quality of the set. I was able to pick out my favorite fabric when I ordered it and it really was stunning. I noticed a slight snag in the rattan on one of the chairs and the delivery guys immediately said they would take it back and bring me another on the same day. I loved the set so much I asked if I could buy two bar stools to match. I called Tim at the office he said order it online which I did and he pushed for it to be made with my fabric and it was delivered the next day. Unbelievable....but he said since there was a problem with the chair he had pushed our request to the front to be done. We were thinking it would be a week. How thoughtful is that!!!! One of the barstools wobbled on our floor and since we had no felt pads the delivery man offered to go get some. Out he went and came back with a package of felt pads and fix d the wobble completely! He even gave me the package of felt pads! Now where do you get service like that??? I would highly recommend King Rattan. I'm thinking of a dresser next. The workmanship and service cannot be beat!

We ordered a bistro set to be delivered to our home in Ashland, Oregon, and were concerned to read these negative reviews after ordering. The set arrived even earlier than expected which was perfect timing. The only downside was that the delivery company did not call first so we were lucky to be home, but I think this company is a separate entity from King Rattan. Everything arrived in perfect condition and the set is attractive, comfortable, and sturdy. My husband and I are very happy with our purchase!

My furniture just arrived and it is so beautiful! The pieces are exactly as shown on the website. I ordered 6 fabric samples that were sent out immediately at no cost. The fabric is exactly as shown on the sample I chose. Absolute quality pieces! And customer service... FANTASTIC! I expected my order to take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. I placed my order on March 6. It arrived March 13! Amazing!!! It has been such a pleasure to deal with this company!

Order throw pillows on-line.. Color wasn't even close to picture (even with Computer Screen discrepancy). Charged me to return and restock. Horrible customer service.

I was very surprised to see the one and only review was so bad. We needed replacement cushions for an entire set of furniture purchased many years ago when we were in California. Everything took place by internet, email and phone since we live in the Chicago area. They were absolutely great! Timely responses to everything, received our cushions in a timely manner and it is like we have a new room. They were GREAT to deal with.
