Buyers beware—this dealership is extremely shady and conducts business in bad faith. After we agreed on a deal for a car, they suddenly backed out at the last minute without any legitimate reason. I even received the official offer sheet, which should have sealed the deal. However, maybe a hour later, an unnamed ‘GSM’ (General Sales Manager) pulled the plug on the agreement. What’s worse, he didn’t have the professionalism, decency or testicular fortitude to contact me directly. Instead, he had one of his subordinates deliver the news that the deal was off. The whole situation felt dishonest and disrespectful, leaving me with the impression that this dealership cannot be trusted.

Brought my 2024 Venza in for 5K service, the car's low tire pressure light was on & I told the service tech I had to put air in the tire and that is was low again. When service was done they said they rotated the tires & didn't find any problem, next day low tire pressure light is back on! So I took the tire to a local tire shop & they found a nail had punctured the tire. Moral of the story is Crown Toyota's service dept. doesn't listen to the customer nor do they care about the product after the sale. Their only concern is to get you out and move on to the next.

Was car shopping for a week and I was completely done! I experienced vultures at every car lot I went too!!! Was told about purchasing a car online. Which was way easier! I spoke with Jacob Santos. via phone to find updates about my purchase on my Toyota Camry XLE. I had Fantastic Customer service with him! He was everything a salesman should be! Stating kind loyal trustworthy!!! He worked with me and let me decide about options of sales. He made it work for me not him!!! I give Crown Toyota in Ontario at 10. Jacob made this happen.!!!!
