Waiting on response from the owners as I put in a incident report and was told would have a rapid response within 3 days and received a claim number as well but it's been 5 days and no call back from franchise . I will update this location when I hear back from somebody .

It was my first time doing an oil change so the process was a bit confusing at first because I wasn’t sure where to go and there’s no signs for what to do. Luckily one of the employees let me know I could stay in my car and they would direct me inside once they’re ready. As a fairly inexperienced driver, they were very patient in guiding me inside because I was afraid of hitting the walls or falling into the floor pit. I learned I had practically no oil left in my car and the guy kindly explained to me what that means and why it’s important, when to come back, and other things I wish someone would’ve taught me about my car! Will definitely return to this location for my next visit.

nobody was friendly. there was a guy that had a MASSIVE attitude working in the other two bays. and my oil change was definitely not done in a “jiffy”. could’ve got it somewhere else, to be honest. i came here cause i thought it was convenient for an oil change, but eh. won’t come to this one again.

i informed the staff that I needed wiper-blades and oil change. They performed the oil change but failed to even mention about the wiper-blades. So I left with my oil changed and no wiper-blades.i

The employee named James was very helpful, and informative! He was definitely ensuring I had a full understanding of what my car needed and when it would be necessary by . Great place and only took about 20 mins! Fabulous

If you don’t mind waiting forever without anybody greeting you or asking you for assistance then this jiffy lube is the place to be… I mean you have employees walking around and not 1 person can help SMH… needless to say I left… there’s other places around.

This place messed up my transmission. Overfilled it and only drove 60 miles after. This happened 10/2/23 and my car STILL has not been fixed. They offered me an amount that will only cover half of my repairs and didn’t even include the $1000 tow I had to pay or any rental I have paid for. It’s going on a month and still not resolved. I keep getting told 1 person handles things and then the other person says the opposite. I live in Las Vegas and it seems they write an estimate based on THEIR warranty department, their estimate does not reflect the actual cost of repairs. Labor rates and cost don’t add up on what it’s needed to repair. This has been the worst experience of my life and most stressful, having to deal with this company going back and forth, the waiting … I JUST WANT THEM TO PAY ME FOR WHAT ITS GOING TO TAKE ME TO REPAIR MY CAR AND NOT WHAT THEIR WARRANTY DEPARTMENT PAYS as well as reimburse for towing.

I got an oil change and tire rotation.. they didn’t reset my car so I still keep getting the reminders that my service is overdue and they rotated my tires but didn’t fill the air to proper inflation.. lazy incomplete service

So I came two weeks ago to get a oil change at about 535 and they turned me away, saying that their system was down. They closed in 25 minutes, so who knows if it was an excuse for it really was down. As last time I went, they didn't have my oil filter in stock and couldn't even top off my car which was severely deficient in oil. This is the second Jiffy Lube that has had this issue. They need to have a warning about specific cars if they cannot provide oil filters so we don't waste our time. it is a Volvo. Looks like I'm picking a new place to go to.

I am giving my visit this time at this particular location only two stars because it seemed just about 95% of the employees were clueless. From the moment I pulled up, the service and the execution. I have always had a 4.5 star experience here in the past, but this particular visit was terrible. Either the training or the work ethic of these employees are definitely questionable. Management needs to step up.
