“Came here to the outlets recently and wasn't planning to get piercings, but I wanted to even out a few piercings that have closed so I said why not? I worked with Jalen H. and she was fun and helpful! I was a bit scared of the pain as it had been almost 15 years since I got any piercings. She answered my questions and helped me feel more comfortable. I chose a pair of gold earrings studs and an extra pair for later that I was surprised was 50% off. Ask about their BOGO promotion if you visit. For about $95 I got 2 pairs of earrings and 2 piercings. Not bad. The pain was also not bad at all. I had a hard time choosing where I wanted one of the piercings located on my cartilage and Jalen help choose the perfect spot. It turned out really cute and Jalen was genuinely happy to see how much I enjoyed my new piercings. Thank you for a good experience!”

“Went in this past weekend with my future fiance on the recommendation of some good friends of ours. We were in the market for a setting for her engagement ring. We only needed the setting because we already had a diamond for the ring. Isabel helped us out and she really couldn't have been any better. She wasn't aggressive and was sure to make all our options known to us. My girlfriend and I aren't really in the know when it comes to the diamond game, and Isabel caught on to that and educated us a bit. My girlfriend decided on a setting and now we wait two weeks for them to craft it before we go back to get the diamond set. Since they aren't a huge chain, the spot itself may not be as nice as a Robbins Brothers, Jared, Tiffany's, or something of that sort. However, my girlfriend has recently visited some of the bigger name stores and felt she got more of a personal touch from Ontario Jewelry Mart; that they really wanted her to find exactly what she was looking for rather than pushing her for the sale. Big thanks again to Isabel who made what could've been a stressful encounter into an easy, painless transaction. I'm really excited to see the final product!”

“Upon coming into the store I knew they had a good manager. When I inquired who the manager was she was out stalking and cleaning the store. I would highly recommend coming here if she is still a manager as she was quite nice and everything was in order and clean. You don't always see that with the other Claire's stores. The only downside was that they didn't have the plushies we were looking for but it was still nice to look around.”

“Amazon was cheating me on this year's Swarovski ornament. I ordered it, after two weeks I got email it is no longer available. To my surprise Amazon put it back up for double the price couple days later. So I called this store and got Emerly. Could not been nicer or more helpful. She took the time to check if the ornament is in stock and arranged to have it shipped. I'm looking forward to stop by next time I head into Los Angeles. Thank you so much”
