“I went to the michael kors outlet that's in ontario mills. I was walking around to see what they have. And when I was looking at a nice watch one employee did good service asking me nicely if I will like to see the watch. Then he took it out from the box. And when he gave it to me so I can get a good look at the watch i saw that it looks nice with all the diamonds that it has. And I asked him about the discounts and he did good service letting me know that thy have diferent discounts every week. And I liked that they had the store nice and clean too.”
“I am a 53 year old woman and went in to get my ears re-pierced after many years of not wearing earrings. The staff were amazing! They helped me pick the right size earrings, made me feel comfortable, and seemed to want to be part of my “transformation”. I will return.”
“Me and a dear friend decided to just get pierced yesterday. [3.5.24] Shout out to Laris !!! Laris was patient with us. We had plenty questions, and Laris was kind and sweet, helped up make decisions on what to get.For a super spontaneous trip, my friend, and I ended up getting permanent friendship bracelets & double piercings. “Back in April, I was having a horrible day and stopped by to just browse. I had the pleasure of having Tammy help me and I'm so glad she did. She was so lovely and easy to talk to, and before ultimately seeing this beautiful rose gold bracelet Tammy had already made my night so much better. On top of that the bracelet was originally 25% of but during the time I stopped in, it was going out for 50% a complete steal! Thank you so much Tammy for the amazing conversations and a just as amazing bracelet.

Now in May I sadly lost a diamond from that bracelet and didn't get the warranty as this was a random splurge purchase and I did not want to pay $250 at the time for the warranty (but was told I can come back within the month to add it). As i went in to see how much the repair/service would be (as I didn't have the warranty yet) and Amy was the wonderful jewelry consultant to help me. Not only did she express that for a tennis bracelet she said typical wear and tear should be 8 months to a year so less than 2 months was weird and she helped me by getting the bracelet serviced for free as upon inspection she found that like the prong or bracket thing was missing and this was probably due when the bracelet was made and assured me it would be taken care of. I also got the warranty as I was going to come back to get it anyway, just sad that it was under these circumstances. But im am so pleased to have had Amy help me, she was so sweet and again wonderful to talk with!

“Upon coming into the store I knew they had a good manager. When I inquired who the manager was she was out stalking and cleaning the store. I would highly recommend coming here if she is still a manager as she was quite nice and everything was in order and clean. You don't always see that with the other Claire's stores. The only downside was that they didn't have the plushies we were looking for but it was still nice to look around.”

“I have been coming here for years and i have no complaints they have loaned me $ for jewelry and i have got jewelry on lay away ..i read some of the reviews ..but just as some of the reviews say not to trust the EUCLID LOAN & JEWELRY CO..how do you think they feel ? If people come in trying to say something is gold/silver and is not ? everyone is nice and yes the older gentleman is more on the serious side but also nice .(5star)”
