I couldn’t have had a better experience purchasing a used car here recently. The sales team, specifically Ronnie and Richard, listened to me and what i needed and helped me stay well within my budget. Will definitely be back the next time a car is needed!

The service staff seem to listen well to the problems but we did have to take our truck twice to get the speaker finally replaced due to it sounding horrible off/on. However they never called when the part came in so I had to call and set up taking it in. Then while there they never called to say it was ready. I had to call and found out it had been done for 24hrs already. Overall decent service

I thought this was one of the better service departments I have used. They told me my car would be Ready in 1.5 hours and it was finish in about an hour and 10 minutes. The service department I have worked with in the past would tell you one time frame and would go over several hours than what they would tell me.

Freddy C Arvayo telling me to check my analysis and to learn about leasing lol ! Great way to bring a customer to come back to your dealership. You need to learn how to work with a customer instead of getting emotionally attached to your wranglers lolGeez, it's just a product you are selling. It's sold at many other dealerships too nothing special. Plus you mentioned 400-500 payment on a car that's msrp of 65k but with 7500, 3000, and 500 incentives and bonus bring down a lot more then 65k. If you look at the BMW I8 (I know not wrangler, but we're talking price) it's close to 90 MSRP and lease at 799 and wrangler 54k. But instead of working with us, you basically told me to learn about leases. I wouldn't recommend this place, don't deal with sales people like this

The worst service department ever!!! Do not take your vehicle here. I had an appointment and dropped my vehicle off. Was given a 4 hour estimate. They kept it all day and then told me they couldn't get to it for 2-3 days!!!! Absolutely unbelievable. Disorganized and each person there said something different. No accountability.

I am happy with the service they gave me and I am lucky to have them as my home this dealership and the mechanical workshops they have are very dedicated in their work and are very professional I highly recommend them because they did a very good job on my car thank you and I will see you soon when my car needs oil change

I called to scheduled a regular service for an oil change and take care of the recall inspection. The waiting room was cleaned, quiet and inviting to do my work remotely. The car was completed within an hour and I was on my way. This is my primary service center.

I was having trouble with the lights on my Jeep for over a year coming on when I had not turned them on, Id go out and turn the switch on and off. I replaced the battery twice due to the charge pull on it. I read up on the issue and took it in here and they couldn’t look at it for a week and a half (their few bays aren’t air conditioned or heated so they lose mechanics) and then said they couldn’t get the issue to replicate. When they said they’d read up on the issue they told me what they could replace yet it wouldn’t be covered under my car warranty. I ended up picking it up and after they handed my keys I got in and on the passenger floor board was a cover for probably the battery. I had to pull it out of the car and call the guy back to please clean it and put it back on. They don’t care. I’ll use the Jeep dealer in Montclair.

Reggie was really helpful. Went in 30 min before closing gladly showed me the car. We worked the deal out next day had the car washed filled up with gas and made the process really easy. Thanks Reggie ??

Been doing business with Joe Cuberos for 7 years now and truly never had an issue. He has been pleasant to work with and always easy to contact. However once I bought a 2022 Ram I have had TPMS issues with it once aftermarket wheels on it. This has never been an issue on any of my 33 other trucks, Ram can't seem to figure out what frequency they have for the TPMS programming nor will they divulge this information. Mind you I'm using Autel sensors. A very well known universal sensor, no problems until today. Next I bought a custom order 2023 Ram 3500 Cab and Chassis from Joe. Waited 7 months, no fault of Joe's. However the truck showed up with not all the options I ordered. Short about $6,000 in options truck showed up with the wrong 2022 hood not the 2023. Truck showed up with no TPMS sensors, starting issues, car play issues. That's when Joe passed me off to Kirk the Service Manager. Joe said he had bought the correct hood. Weeks go by Joe passes me to Kirk. Kirk passes me to Joe. This place is a joke. Maybe it's Ram's fault, who knows. Either way I have problems with trucks I've purchased from these gentleman and this dealership and of course no one cares to fix the issue. Just a bunch of herky jerky going on. Needless to say I'll be moving my yearly business to another Ram dealer where they provide service.

Is it me or is being a prick a requirement to work at the service department for Jeep? Been to two Jeep dealers (one in Redlands) and both instances the employee was rude and felt like I was inconveniencing him. Was there at 650am lined up til they open at 7am. 7:07am went in and was waiting for a good 5 mins and then was told to wait by the car. No one came out til around 7:25am. Interesting because when I went in there was a good 4-5 people working behind the counter. I'll give this place another shot because I'm still under warranty and I need some stuff fixed. But customer service by far is 2 star quality.

I drive a 2022 ram truck. I needed a oil service. I called and made a appointment and asked if I could wait. I showed up 10 min early and they greeted me and got right to it. The waiting room was awesome. Ac bill must be a ton cause it was so nice in there. Truck was completed and I was on my way. I'd highly recommend them . They had me in and out in less than a hour and even did a recall that was due that I didn't even know about till I got there . 5 starts all the way for these guys.

Purchasing my car was so easy. Sales team is amazing. Financing quick and easy but the service team. HORRIBLE . I bought the extended warranty. They want to keep my car for 10 DAYS JUST TO DIAGNOSE IT!!Additional time needed if the ac is under warranty. Big waste of $$$. Do not buy extended warranty
