Came to this tire shop because earlier in the morning I got a flat. It was 3 in the morning, so obviously no shops were open. I went to Big Tire Brand & the wait would be a few hours. Although the guy at the desk was able to see if my tire was fixable. He came back & said my tire seemed fine, but he was unable to double check since again his guys were booked until later. So, I found this tire shop, JC tire shop. Came here & Santos looked at my tire & said the same thing. Nothing was wrong with my tire. He asked me if someone else looked at my tire & I said yes, but they were unable to change my tire because they were booked until later. He said he won’t be able to change my tire out. Apparently all my tire needed was air ? I don’t understand. It’s a simple tire change. I live in Barstow & can’t ride all the way back on a donut. I don’t feel like going to another shop, so I am here literally in front of these guys changing my tire. This is worse than your man watching you change your own tire.

DO NOT GO HERE. They find things at their best interest and not yours. Decided to do my front brakes here. Asked him if my rotors needed to be replaced. He stated NO. so he goes on to replace my Brake pads later to find out my rotors need to also be replaced. So now I'm spending double when I clearly asked him if they needed to be replaced the first time. Came back to Ask for help and they didn't care, don't get scammed

I had a wonderful experience. The prices are amazing here I promise you will not find anything better. I went in this morning for an oil change they started on my vehicle right away. They are very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Took me in and repaired my wheel bearing hub as soon as i arrived. 90 minutes. $150 for the job andni was happy. Very easy and soft spoken guy. Gracias un millon!!

They over filled my car with oil and somehow they said it was my fault and didn't wanna drain my oil , they also kept one of my oil 5 liter oil tank and used 2 liters of his own oil and didn't return it to me

I had a tire pop off the bead and I was stressing having to get a new rim. Brought it here he added the bead sealant to the rim and the tire held pressure no problem! Really saved me a headache and he was super fast to put it back on the rim and test it for air leaks! Literally only charged me 5$ and I was about to buy new rims!!
