One of the best companies for a brand new or rebuilt transmission. I was recommended by Rapid Transmission to this company. Would have cost way more if I was to bring it to another shop out in town. I saved so much time and effort with the convince of Jaspers service. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly when calling them with my vehicle information, payments and their policies for transmission warranty. Could not ask for better service or affordable coverage.

PLEASE READ: About a year and a half ago I decided to not rebuild my 1990 Ford Bronco engine. I was told about Jasper Engines and that they have the right engine for me "0 miles, brand new, should drive just like it first came out from the lot back in 1990" well, its far from that. This is a truck I plan on having forever. I've already invested about $11,000 into my truck. About $5000.00 in the end just for the engine and labor.ENGINE #1- I got the first engine in 2019 April, a little over a year later, I notice the smell of coolant but never saw it. I went under my truck and saw so many coolant stains. I contacted the shop where I got it done, they ran a test and told me "you need a new engine, warranty covers it" even though warranty covered it, I still was out a few hundred dollars for a rental vehicle. Finally, get the engine up and running.ENGINE #2 - I have the new engine installed, about 2k miles later, I see a small puddle of coolant towards the middle, near the transmission/ rear-main seal.????I go underneath to check while I'm at work and noticed coolant coming from the engine block AGAIN!!Going onto engine #3 in less than 2yrs!!!I'm currently trying to decide how to go about it. The process will start 01/11 on Monday. I work 16hrs a day, I dont have the time to be going from place to place, don't know how I'm going to get a rental and drop off my truck. Especially since the rental shop is closed on Sundays and work at 5am Monday. Now, is it bad engines or bad mechanics at the shop? The shop I get my work done say they've never dealt with an issue like this the many years they've been working with Jasper Engines.. Thank god I also didn't get a transmission.Jasper engine, please, please please, make the 3rd one work, you guys are causing me nothing but trouble and even though the warranty covers it, I still lose out on money cause I need a rental and I have to leave work early to be able to get a rental. Its so sad that I'm getting jse to having to take my truck to the shop over your engines. Over and over again!

Are use Jasper's for 20 years , since 2019 starts everything change every engine I buy no good I have to replace it twice and then very hard to deal with warranty people I will never buy any Jasper engines anymore or transmissions I was doing good with engines for a long time something change I don't know if they start using cheap parts to rebuild their own engines or the old-school people they used to build those motors they're gone anyway I'm done with them

Terrible promised id have my engine with in 4 weeks. 8 months later still nothing. They lied for 7 months saying it was a parts delay only to find out that they never started it even though i paid them in full when i placed my order.

What impressed me about Jasper is their pursuit to fix inherent flaws in a system, be it Engines or Transmissions..As a performance engine builder myself I can respect and applaud Jasper Engines an Transmissions for their striving to go above an beyond to supply an promote Quality....????

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT Jasper engines for anything!!!! Sales staff has no idea what they are doing, nor does their technical service department!!!! We gave them all the vehicle information they requested for a long block and Jasper still shipped the wrong long block, then wanted us to pay for the return shipping. This company is a perfect example of careless millennials entering the work force...... nobody cares nor, take pride in their work!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS!

I had a brand new Jasper engine put in my Jeep Cherokee by Inland Jeep. It had a 3 year 100,000 warranty on it. The engine started leaking oil badly prior to the warranty expiring. So bad that in 2 weeks without driving, all the oil came out. I was a month or two past the 3 year mark and Jasper wouldn't even cover the engine seals. It's not like we were asking for them to replace the entire engine. This is bad business and I would never recommend a Jasper engine to anyone. Hope it was worth it Jasper!

So my utility van broke down while driving up the state of California headed to a job site.A service repair shop ordered the transmission from Jasper and I can tell you from experience and being a business owner with multiple vehicles that this transmission is not only the smoothest but also the most reliable backed with the best warranty I have seen.
