Hertz added me to a do not rent list. Due to a repair here at J C auto repair. Jesus doesn't care about customer the work is slow and deceptive. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I went to JC Auto Body in Ontario California Jesus is the dishonest owner. Don't have auto repair done there. The body shop said use our car, it was a lie the car belong to Hertz. I never went to a Hertz location to sign for the rental, provide any identification or or card for the deposit. I've told the Hertz staff that I had full coverage with AllState insurance including rental coverage. The insurance company utilize Enterprise rental car. I've never rented from Hertz! The employees at Hertz do not listen to the customer. The most unprofessional rental car company the employees are absolutely RUDE!! They don't have a customer 1st mindset or professional conduct. The calls are transferred between departments without a resolution. As of this morning I'm on a silent hold with a supervisor as she's out of answers. She hung up after giving me a warning that she provided the information. I'm not denying the rental. I've stated I was deceived by JC AutoBody the owner is also unprofessional and allowed the manager Joe to run the business like a owner. I can't be the only customer that had this deceptive experience? The body shops with business accounts have cars onsite. They reserved the car and I was unaware it belonged to Hertz as Joe said it was JC Autobodys car. I trusted the information was true as a customer. Then I get a bill for $1,300 I called Hertz the body shop and the insurance no one helped me now 10 years later "the only solution is to pay the bill???

We've been going here for three years now and it's a relief to know we have found honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanics to work on my car and my husband's truck. 100% stress free. I'm glad our friend recommended J and C Auto Repair in Ontario, CA.
Ooh one of the times two years ago while on our way to pick up our vehicle we found a dog. So we have no food and water and J and C was kind enough to feed our newest family member. This place is AWESOME!
