Honestly great people. I had a water damaged macbook that was unrepairable. Instead of cutting me loose they gave me a great deal on a refurbished macbook instead. They have great customer service and are honestly so well mannered and converse. I would recommend their services over any other repair shop in Ontario.

Best IT shop I have ever been to. Dropped off my computer with a bios update error, they had it fixed within one day. He was very upfront with me from the beginning, and told me there may be a possibility it may not be fixed, I love honesty.Afterwards, he called me back, only $100 to fix a $700 computerI also brought a broken iPad to them to fix, and instead of fixing it, and overcharging me, he told me upfront, it would be best for me to purchase a new, or used one, and stead of overpaying for a repair !Now that’s service !

My USB C charging port was broken by my son, asked a few places and told it was not fixable. Best buy required $85 just for shipping and unknown if it's doable. ITC explained that USB C is hard to be replaced but they would try to replace a different charing port or to switch a mother board within reasonable price so my 1.5 year old computer can still be used. They did it! With the range i was hoping to spend. Knowledgable, friendly, I am glad i found them and highly recommend this place!

My computer would not turn on. Hong replaced the broken the power supply within two hours and charged a very reasonable fee. Very good experience.

These guys were honest, kind, and professional! Seriously, I'm gonna recommend this place anytime I know someone who has tech problems with their computers. Very affordable for the problem the computer was having and everything got fixed in a day. Thanks for helping us!

ITC Technology Solutions LLC, all I can say is WOW! Frank the technician and owner that figured out our computer and printer issues was incredibly fast and I'm telling you he is an expert!!! I have used other computer technicians come to my home but never this efficient or knowledgeable. I will be sharing ITC Technology Solutions LLC with everyone that needs their computer, printer, network, even Ring camera's repaired, Frank is the guy!

Thought I was going to get a whole new ipad after my daughter decided to slam it to the ground causing the screen to completely shatter. Fortunately, I cam across ITC and they were able to replace the screen. Staff was incredibly kind. Would definitely keep this place in mind for the future.

Wow surprised by the knowledgeable staff and quick turn around. Had me sorted in less than two days!I found these guys on yelp when my laptop died on me and they resurrected the dude and the cost was a fraction of what I’d expected. These guys r awesome
