Called this place based on the great reviews it had but unfortunately for me it was a waste of time. I was put on hold for 20 minutes then was told they are not taking new patients for exams.

Staff, doctor, everyone was so kind. First time visiting a vet clinic, but thankfully, we found our family vet for our new family member.

I had to take my Labrador there when she had an infection and had to have her uterus removed. Dr. Kim did an amazing job and saved her life despite her 50/50 survival rate. I know take my two Sharpeis there! Great experience everytime.

My frenchie, Stitch, had to get his eye removed. Dr. Kim did such an amazing job with the removal and making sure he felt comfortable. Everyone there cared so much for him and for me. I love this vet so much and I am so thankful for them! Thank you!!

Great vet horrible insensitive staff. You call them in a panic because your pet is sick and they don't care. They just say there's no appt available. It's sad. You're a regular patient and they don't care. Asked for the vet to call to advise what I can do and never received a call back. Unfortunately I won't take my pet here again. And all because the staff.

Thanks to the excellent dental treatment provided to my cat, the prognosis is good, and I'm enjoying great times with my cat after the visit. I appreciated the accurate treatment applied to the situation and the friendly explanations without pushing unnecessary procedures. If you are considering value for money, Dr. Kim is the most optimal vet you can have. The only regret is why I couldn't meet Dr. Kim sooner for my lovely dog, who passed away last year.

The service here is wonderful! The staff is so friendly and you can tell they genuinely love their jobs. The prices were so fair and reasonable as well. I will make this my forever place to go!

Horrible people at customer service - don't go here - your pet deserves better. They should not be in business anymore as they decided to treat customers the way they treated us (me and my cat today) -- definitely will not be coming here again as they wasted time and resources with no regard.

The staffs and the doctor are very nice. The place is very clean. The price are affordable and the team are not pushy for you to do anything.

The dr. & staff are truly amazing and make you feel like your fur babies matter! I don't live close by anymore but trust me this hospital is worth the 1 hour drive! I feel safe with putting my dog's health in their care. Thank you Inland animal hospital!

I have been taking my dogs to this vet for the past eight years. They are amazing. Their prices are very competitive they take very good care of my dog. Their stuff is amazing. I love them.
